So it's down to Sewelly that he's looking like a player now ?
-
It's not just on the pitch either. I flicked through SSN on at 5pm on Monday and they had the transfer totaliser at £106m. Went back after 11pm and it was still at £106m. There's a million men around the UK who sat through all that, not to mention the hundreds that worked through the night beaming the information vaccum back and forth live from grounds around the country. People think they were entertained by THAT, but they're mistaken, they were lulled into a street hustlers trick, a sleight of hand that transformed absolutely nothing into absolutely nothing stretched over 6 hours with 2 hours dedicated to adverts. The whole January transfer window makes me sick for the above reasoning. That, combined with the fact we only seem to lose our best players at present just makes for a horrendous experience. The best thing to come out of the window is Natalie Sawyer or whatever she is called for most people, and without wanting to sound chauvinistic, I don't watch football for pretty women. Football is becoming so Americanised / modernised... Blame it on the people that purchase Sky Sports imo. If no-one bought it, Football would still be the people's game. But people, you know, like watching football. So do I, but not also supporting players 'earning' ridiculous wages. So I watch online or from foreign providers. You can't have it both ways.

"Oi mate, your bum's not as nice as mine!" "Eh?!"
-
Because, his first name starts with a J, and his last name starts with a C. If you remove all the other letters and the space in between the names, it abbreviates to JC.

Although I'm sure that part of Graham Carr's remit is to only scout/follow up on players that are willing to come. I read a piece about how extensively he scouted the majority of the French contingent to ensure that they'd settle in quickly not only on the pitch but off it too. It's just an easy excuse imo.

Better than someone with no passion for the club and clearly out of his depth.
-
Sean Dyche, Bab's cabs?
-
Going to try and take the opportunity to enjoy the club now, Pardew is gone and we've got someone, no matter how inept, who is genuinely passionate about the club responsible for the first team. Things could be much worse.
-
They've still been allowed far too many chances on target I meant the place
-
Carver wins in the battle of the jaw-dee managers.
-
Don't take me 'ome... please don't take me 'ooohhhmme. I just don't wanna go to work Stay over here, drink all the beer, Please don-don't take me 'ome... Love it

Same issue as here, he annoys all the grafty shit players. Which is all that Hull have
-
Last one I remember, Ferdinand scored vs Sheff Wed
-
Owen's been not too bad today, usually he can't wait with the sly digs.
-
Yup Colback is undroppable. Ashley wants the playing stuff and management saturated with Jaw-deez so we think twice before putting pressure on the regime.
-
You can never leave Newcastle, because you've already done for.
-
The guy has just heard that Carver has been put in charge of the team. What did you expect? a bit of respect for his current club/fans? He needs to show respect to the club? How about the club respecting these talented players and actually trying to compete.
-
This has sod all to do with Carver he has been desperatly pimping himself out for some time now. I just find it quite disrespectful to us. He has every right when his employers actively try to not win things/be successful. We probably lied to him to get him to sign in the first place. I have no issue with him wanting to leave in order to improve. Him telling the world he wants to leave on a weekly basis I do have a problem with. If I was him and got duped into signing for this sham of a club, I'd be shouting from the rooftops and holding personal press conferences daily till I got moved on.
-
...and I'll have no axe to grind if he does decide to move on. He's got his career to think about and wanting to achieve things before he hangs up his boots is natural and understandable. Him showing a bit of ambition at this point in time contrasts perfectly with our latest managerial appointment and magnifies the differences in ambition and goals. He's not the weird one for having ambition, we're the freaks for actively wanting to stand stock still. Same sentiment from me. I seem to recall Enriqué got absolutely slated for doing the same though which I could never understand, I always backed him over the move to Liverpool.

First home game... I completely forgot about the other matches, that 8-0 Sheff Wed game had me physically crying with happiness
-
Must of been a quick learner as he thumped 5 past Sheffield Wednesday in the first game SBR took over.
-
I still have this feeling of absolute delight that Pardew is not our manager anymore.
