What, another 10 years of £0 received, I don't think it would cost that much to pay off

He is now, I thought Dummet was taken over him on occasion before? Could be wrong

Tevez, Mascherano, Yanga-Mbiwa, Ben Arfa, Vurnon Anita, Santon.. lineup is getting scary good. GK - Harper? DR - ? CD - Yanga-Mbiwa CD - ? DL - Santon MR - Hatem Ben Arfa CM - Javier Mascherano CM - Rob Lee ML - Marveaux CF - Carlos Tevez CF - Don Hutchinson Subs: Yossi Benayoun Massadio Haidara Gael Bigirimana Wayne Routledge Vurnon Anita Facundo Ferreya Ayoze Perez (Trying to stick with established players that were frozen out rather than potentials)

The black Cabaye, btw.

It's seriously taken this shit with MYM for you to accept what has been accepted truths for almost a decade. Christ

How does Pardew's silver ruffled snake feel between your cheeks?
-
He's had a season with Falcao and Berbatov to learn how to play with good finishers and I believe Cisse also is if he isn't completely shot of confidence and played on the flanks. Had a good goal record considering he played off the bench too. Doesn't prove he's PL quality, but he should be able to make space for a partner in a 2 up top lineup, the way he played his first few PL games shows he's willing to drag defenders all over the place which is what Ba used to do for Cisse when he first signed. We have just had no-one making use of the space because 4 days a week all our players are told to get behind the ball.

I got shot down by Ron for suggesting that Riviere would be a 'great' partner for Cisse last week after the Hull game, I still maintain that he would be a Great partner for him because Riviere would dovetail well and make space for Cisse. There's a difference between a great partner and a great striker.

He doesn't want to sell the club, never has. If someone offered him stupid money there's a chance. We're doomed.

Right, understood

Based on what? He was an absolutely s**** manager and the two transfer windows he oversaw were a total disaster, Martins aside. He didn't really buy much anyone else at all, tbf. Exactly. And the ones he did were all terrible, except Rossi, who he deemed not good enough. Le Sib was likeable enough I suppose. Duff. Bernard Onyewu Totally wrong sticking him in the same category as Hughton as well, like. Roeder was an absolute dud and he was stubborn as well. Bernard was very good for us.

Omfg Ferreya exists.

I'd imagine most sane fans look at our club and think 'Thank fuck that's not happening to us', not 'Lol look at them fans'.

The owner isn't good enough. The manager isn't good enough. The players aren't good enough. We'll solve one problem by November but the bigger issue will not be resolved. We'll never amount to anything consistently under Ashley. Peopel talk as if we'll sack Pardew. Ashley will hire a proper manager who isn't a puppet. And invest in the club properly. People are acting like ridding Pardew will solve all our problems. That's my issue. It's a forward step but it's not the end destination. So don't take any steps forward and wait for Ashley to go?

Just watched this again on Youtube. Comedy gold. Link?

Joe Kinnear for the forseeable future or Alan Pardew for 6 more years, Kinnear. He'd have the heart to walk away. (No pun intended).
-
Couldn't disagree, it's just so sad that we have to discuss compromised lineups because of our manager
-
Based on what? Based on how good he looked when he had players either side of him making space for him in 2011/2012. Which Demba Ba/HBA did very well. Riviere won't even get 7 goals this season, but I can see Cisse scoring a few if he keeps up the movement.

Welcome to the forum. Good points, but the problem is that although 99%+ of the forum want him out, a good 50% of the forum no longer attend matches out of protest, and their seats have been taken by happy clappers.
-
For better or worse, Riviere will be a great partner for him.
-
Why would anyone admit to this in public, even if they did it? Clearly a joke. Makes it sound like he was considering a transfer. Is it a bad thing if we lose fans, with no links to the area/club, who 'consider Chelsea'. Hahaha unreal this, in fact the whole thread is, how can anyone consider resigning as a fan ffs . You can't just decide that you no longer want to support the club and if you do then hahahahaha I've done so, publicly on this forum. I support Athletic Club de Bilbao now - my wife's hometown club I watch the Newcastle games when I can and follow the team, but I won't be spending a penny on the club until things change. I've spent a couple of hundred on Athletic in merchandise recently. So shoot me.. voted with my feet, exactly what Ashley thought we'd never do.

Serious note, need to drop the in-joke sarcasm, more non members read this board than members. Replies like 'We've been f***cking excellent today, tbf, played really well.' aren't really going to help anyone.

Guess he's here for at least another year then.
