After about 55 mins i was thinking "we are playing for pens" then i spent 10mins trying to convince myself, we couldnt be as there was 35mins left, plus 30mins Extra Time (possibly over an hour), but it still looked like we were playing for pens, barring that Dyer half chance, there were no shots on a very dodgy keepr.

always find it funny how certain nufc fans pick on a player to be the chosen booed on. Parker is now it, until he's out of the club... cant really blame defeat on him, rather roeders line up... butt n parker in middle, emre up front, dyer on right, never gonna work was it.

Very true, but... when we are creating nothing, why leave Emre up front when youve got Rossi and Sibierski on bench. Chelseas goalie is absolutely terrible with high balls and crosses, but we had NO aeriel threat what so ever, and thats what Sib brings. Roeder just left the game drifting, and it was obvious from 60mins on, that chelsea were gonna score.

Chelsea were there for the taking. After 55mins nothing was happening for either team, they wanted to win it, we didnt, they made subs, we didnt, they won. ref was diabolical.

Give Dyer n Bramble contact extensions with pay rises.... :roll:

Funny how at different times, every player seems to be the last one to leave the training ground.... Whether its Oba taking a million extra shots at the end, Dyer running his way back to fitness, Butt n Milner putting extra graft in..... :roll:

Lots of interesting decisions to make... Huntington at RB or CB? Solano RB or RW, Duff LW or LB? Emre fit? Dyer at CM or RW? Bring Parker back?... How much will squad rotation come in, with Watford last Sat, and Spurs this Sat, will he say rest Butt, Emre, Sib?

I would guess that your view would be constantly interupted by late arrivers and people who need to go to the toilet every 5 minutes and people who have to leave 5 minutes early etc etc. From what ive seen, that applies to the WHOLE ground... :roll:

I reckon our defence sucks too....BUT CB's-wise: I'd be happy to have the Taylor, Ramage and Huntington along with a decent experienced CB. FB's: Babayaro and Bernard arent good enough and need to be shipped out, as does Carr. IMO that leaves us needing 4 FB's and 1 CB.... RW, LW - Happy with (Solano, Milner, Zog, Duff) CM - could do with one more attacking one OR Dyer to STAY FIT (Emre, Parker, Butt, Dyer) ST - Big, physical good-in-the-air Striker would be nice, cant see Sibierski being around more than this season, and if he is, it will be a very limited role. As much as ive liked him, we need more quality if we are gonna be at the top. (Martins, Owen, Shola & New Signing)

for me, weve evened ourselves out. Now we are on the brink of either a good season, or bad season. As in, the recent run, has just got us out of trouble, not put us in a great position. A "full good factor" will come if we get good results out of our next 5 fixtures....then we'll be on for a good season.
