Was amazing game that Napoli one, one of the best I've seen all season long. Boring Serie A. Quite a lot of the Serie A early games this season certainly seem to have been a change from the 'expected norm'. With teams like Napoli and Udinese having quite a lot of success playing with a relatively free flowing formation and style and Milan, hording top class strikers, and Inter being manager by Leonardo, who is a fairly attacking manager maybe there is a wholesale style change coming to Italian football.

Chelsea wont be selling with Drog & Anelka both in there 30s & Kalou not a trusted starter in a striking position. Sturridge also ticks a box a home grown player I can see them spunking another hefty sum on a striker though. Also I doubt Anelka or Drogba will be retiring at the end of the season so Sturridge will probably find himself 4th/5th choice next season. Both Anelka and Drogba have been fairly heavily linked to moves away though (America and Turkey/France respectively). If Chelsea don't bin them in the summer chances are they'll not get a fee for them later on.

Martins scored 8 in 24 & Owen 8 in 24, Lovenkrands has 4 in 18. They all were useless cunts though for the whole. The difference was that Owen, Martins and Viduka didn't perform to expectations whereas any goals Lovenkrands scores are a bonus as no-one really expects him to do anything.
