  1. Needs a bad tackle to go in, liven it up a bit.
  2. Couple of stats from yesterday. Lovenkrands had less touches of the ball than Shola. Steven Taylor made one successful tackle.
  3. Big chance there for the Uruguayan.
  4. Start with booing and we'll take it from there.
  5. I think if Man United win they should dedicate it to those brave taps & sinks that lost their lives in the reverse fixtures.

    Sunderland...

Established Premier League team revel in finishing above newly promoted rivals despite the established team having a far lower net gain on transfers and having broken their transfer record on a world cup star?
  7. Liverpool: Reina, Johnson, Carragher, Skrtel, Aurelio, Gerrard, Lucas, Kuyt, Meireles, Maxi, Suarez. Subs: Gulacsi, Carroll, Cole, Kyrgiakos, Ngog, Spearing, Poulsen. Man Utd: Van der Sar, Rafael Da Silva, Smalling, Brown, Evra, Nani, Carrick, Scholes, Giggs, Berbatov, Rooney. Subs: Kuszczak, Hernandez, Fabio Da Silva, O'Shea, Fletcher, Obertan, Gibson.
  8. My main gripe is that they are allowed to hide behind their bad decisions. It wouldn't take much for a 5 min interview post game or in the next couple of days for the ref to explain his decisions if there were any contentious ones.
  9. I think I'd spontaneously combust if we signed him.
  10. With the ACON in 2012 and 2013 I hope otherwise.
  11. Only won 1-0, disasterous lack of a plan B prevented them winning by more. Guardiola as inept as usual tbh. Do well to stay up this season I reckon. Very one dimensional.
  12. Still convinced we've not missed Routledge in any way, shape or form? We still had the players to accommodate not having him today. Ferguson left & Jonas right would have been a start. Even Guthrie. Poor team selection today but I doubt Routledge would have had much of an impact, no. Changed your tune.
  13. still a fairly low standard though. I think it'll beneficial for a lot of the players to not have to move so early from Brazil too but the signings that they're remaking are more or less purely funding by sponsors from what I've read/heard rather than direct club finances so it's sort of false in a way.Strongest league in SA by a country mile though.
  14. Second time in a week that he's went straight down the tunnel, head looking towards the ground and all. Players always go straight down the tunnel when they're injured, to get treatment. Reason and logic has no place in this thread.
  15. I have to agree on this. Same. I'll get some eggs too so we can hoy them at him every time he takes a throw in. Eggs? Fucking fanboy. I'm taking bricks.
  16. Which league is better? In terms of the technical ability levels, Spain. In terms of functionality, entertainment and competitiveness the Bundesliga. In terms of celebrating like raging, passionate homos it's Serie A. In terms of having the most Africans it's gotta be France. Luca has a point in fairness. The last two Championships in Brazil have gone down to the last day with more than 2 teams still in the hunt IIRC although obviously the general standard ain't so good. Last 8 Argentine titles have been won by 8 different clubs too although again the standard is at times appalling.
  17. Always seems to rain goals at Elland Road. Wankers.
  18. Yet another one that should be out on loan learning his trade but did alreet today.
  19. Another assist for Routledge. Good job we've got Lovenkrands.
