Hughton didn't join till 2 months after that game, as it was Keegan who brought him in to replace Pearson. Keegan brought Hughton in? Explains a hell of a lot actually.

It was some ITK off another forum that made me have a quick look. I half thought that if we lost to WBA, he would get the boot and 16/1 seemed huge. Yeah, I'm taking the credit They mocked us, saying we were wasting money. We showed them Cheers!

What's behind this, just Ashley desperately wanting to get the TV cash or the first good footballing decision from the club in over 6 years?
-
Hughton? Agree although I tend to think they got very lucky with Hughton and then fucked it up anyway.

£255 off £15 for me, thanks whoever gave us the heads up ages ago.

Bye Shteeeve, didn't know much about you before and will just remember you as a dull, grinning eedjit from now on. Thanks for the memories.(and £255 in my betting account!) PS. You aren't anywhere near as bad as that prick Pardew!!!

Minus De Gea and they would have been humped good and proper, an awful team.

Rafa is a class act but it would still end in tears, I have no doubt about it.

I wouldn't count those chickens quite yet.

Cisse probably isn't sure which one McClaren is.

This is far, far better than I anticipated. His mind is just tripping over itself, malfunctioning as it's believed his own hype. Out comes this slathering, slurry mess of not even words, live on TV. Fabulous.

Anywhere I can see it??

Yep, the script couldn't be any clearer.

There really is absolute shite in the bottom half and a fair bit top half too. You'd think some of them are decent on paper but they produce just utter shite.

Most over used sentence on here for at least 5 years now.

A good wee player is Milner.

Redknapp would have a better chance than Shteve I reckon. Despite having a face that has dripped almost entirely to the floor, his motivational skills would surpass Mr McClarens.
-
Their logic of spending some money appointing Garde and the staff and then not backing him in any way at all during January is quite something special.
-
Their behaviour?

Disagree, Leicester have been great to watch, every bit as good as Arsenal. Would be an extremely rare victory for the underdog in modern football if they won it and a huge change to an otherwise dull(for me) premiership.
