  1. Can I stream this over the web? Is this the link? http://tunein.com/radio/talkSPORT---Newcastle-United-p377527/ I've been curious what everyone's been getting angry about the last few months
  2. This is the guy who just last week made disparaging comments about his former club's attempts to woo him back, about how he's way above Crystal Palace's level. How fucking deluded is this man? He should've taken that job or any other when he had the chance, as now, as people have mentioned above, he's actually fucking around with his career and his reputation.
  3. We should make an objective list of available, common-sense candidates who people with footballing knowledge would actually hire or approach, and make a second list of all the improbables, nutcases, bellends who Ashley realistically will or could give the job to. We already know about the French guy, and maybe Bruce coming in, but who are the nutcases he can potentially hire? Promoted from inside: Colo Carver Raylor Externals: Gerry Francis George Graham Turnip JFK ... help out, lads. I want to soften the blow when it happens and be mentally prepared.
  4. Okay. You're legit. All can demand the fat dog lee ryder watch canal + and he says this clause for hba Propagand for the revolution http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/d/d6/Propagandhi_-_Where_Quality_Is_Job_Number_1_cover.jpg
  5. I have the same look on my face reading those posts as I do sifting through Pards' post-match comments. Where's the punctuation?!
  6. I'm not gonna get too excited by those posts. They sound about as unbelievable as it gets. The username is demented.

He changed it to satisfy Ba instead of what worked for the team. Cisse on the wing ffs So why was it when Ba left, the Everton home game saw the mighty Shola Ameobi take his place in the center, with Cisse providing dangerous wing play from the right? The man's a buffoon, there is no method to his madness.
  8. Can't be the folks of NUST, as a rival site at a different time was not launched with NUST plastered all over it, as is their wont, with the bloke behind @nufcfans honking the horn. Whoever or whatever is behind that site has my utmost respect, glad it's being picked up by journos.

Wouldn't he be getting that performance based contract renewed until eternity as clearly he is meeting his remit of staying in the PL, aiming for a top 10, staying the hell out of cups and avoiding Europe? He pretty much IS on a performance based contract and he's killing it, literally. Sent by Air Mail from Canada. DO NOT BEND.
  10. How long before he blames the fans again for the current malaise? I don't see us beating Soton and Hull at home is going to be freakin' epic, as much as I hate using that word. Cardiff-esque. Wish the giant screen was up by then, we could see his cowardly face hiding in the dugout.
  11. I can only guess that it was part of a shares or loan deal. Over a game of roulette balanced off the arse of a naked woman covered otherwise in sushi at the back of his casino, managed again by Llambezi.
  12. The sacking of hughton makes less and less sense based on performances alone as this guy has a far worse record and has put us in worse position consistently, yet enjoys loyal support from Ashley and co. Do local journos ever compare the tenures of previous fired bosses to this one and ask tough questions of Charnley or whomever is supposedly the mouthpiece for the club?
  13. LoL at the above, it does seem that way

    Rolando Aarons

Or frozen out for not tracking back and listening to the King about defending from the front.
  15. It's his second quote in that paragraph that should tell you everything about how players like these view this club. "Nothing (concrete) came in for me this summer." And people some people on the Facebook page prefer players like these over HBA, who actually makes an effort to show he gives a shit about the club and fans.
  16. Looks Fitter, Happier, More Productive...
  17. The hatred from them is just pouring out of their pores, there. I'm guessing they roughed him up right after.
  18. If Ben Arfa is so unpopular amongst the squad, should the manager not be trying to get the best out of his best and most creative player? I remember those quotes Keegan said about Ginola to Bez and Rob Lee (I think), about how yes, he can be a liability, but suck it up, because he'll win us the fucking league. But comparing Pardew to KK is like comparing a pimple to Mount Everest.
  19. For the player he was (Souness) he's also a lovely bloke who was humbled as fuck and apologetic (to me when I spoke to him) about how things went at Newcastle in terms of results, signings, and his relationship with Shepp. I'll not forgive him for ultimately falling out with Bellamy and Robert, but I'll give him that after-the-fact, he told me to face he got it wrong there and wished things had happened differently. Pardew would never admit that in a million years, his ego is so far up there. Also, one more thing about Souness - he said this all to me in public, in front of other people, in front of his family and this was in Orlando. Takes a big man to do that. Pardew is a little egotistical chump. Sheds whole new light on Souness. Definitely goes a long way to save him from becoming the most hated manager ever, Pardew has now blazed that trail all by himself. I'd take freaking Glenn "Where's Dirk Kuyt" Roeder back right now, man.
  20. Man, to see Ian on our side is awesome. Let it all out, man. We feel your pain.
  21. Having heard the story of Dave's horrific injury at Wembley, I feel the gesture of advertising his company is the least we can do.
  22. Wrong - Rangers worldwide profile is far higher than ours due to the massive Scottish diaspora around the world. They will also be far more profitable once they get regular CL football, something NUFC can only dream about. That's wrong. The SPL gets zero international TV coverage (sans a couple CL group games every year, perhaps) while the BPL is watched by billions across the world every weekend. Whatever value the "Scottish diaspora" might have is dwarfed by the media exposure Sportsdirect gets from advertising in a PL stadium. This is especially true given that actual Rangers fans would end up hating sportsdirect as much as we do. Oldtype is correct.
