  1. At least our stadium isn't built on a Sainsbury's.
  2. Yeah, that's shit. There's nothing you can do to prevent it unless you sign an armless man.
  3. The commentator literally said no-one was trying too
  4. "We had a couple of wonderful chances that may have gave us a spark" - spark is the new magic

  6. I see the hoof it into the box is back, PFM classic.
  7. Stop reading fucking twitter and knee-jerking then. I'm sure Bruce's training methods are not the weirdest thing on twitter.
  8. Has a manager ever gone off injured?
  9. The question now is was Ashley being incompetent or deliberately pushing Benitez out as he was getting too powerful.
  10. He is going to look like such a twat as this season goes on. Imagine pinning your professional reputation on a loser just because he's friendly with you. "Fans never gave him a chance"
  11. The people who want Lampard at Chelsea are the same people who voted for Brexit
  12. Not a massive fan of forcing players to walk around the pitch like

  16. If he'd sold up in 2008 for £250m and invested that, he'd have over £400m by now.
  17. I feel like he's done about 5 golden flounces this summer but then a few days later starts posting shit winding people up again.

    Transfer rumours

Just as well we're sorted for goals then.
  20. I read it this morning, can't say I was that impressed. Yes he was right about Ashley, but it seemed an apologetic piece about Bruce, basically calling him too good a person to work for Ashley. That seems to fly in the face of how he has conducted himself with regard to his employers at Sheffield. I should stress I don't particularly hate Steve Bruce either, just never saw why people rated him as a manager. Even Caulkin's article stays away from his actual managerial credentials and focuses on his decency and character. I am not really interested tbh. I might be wrong, but he's not made a statement thanking Sheffield or their fans yet has he?
