  1. B Leverkusen have completed the signing of 19-year-old PSG attacker Moussa Diaby for €15 million. This is the type of signing that would have been a great young rotation player for Almiron and Perez
  2. I reckon the amount of abuse from the media he got and even our own fans in those first 2 months of fixture hell will remind him we arn’t worth bothering for The same idiots will be like how come we’re fighting relegation from the start again. It was even difficult for the likes of Jamie Redknapp to work out from his comfy seat on Skysports. Go back and read the comments that Rafa was getting from fans in those first 2 months of fixture hell. Why put up with that again we’re honestly not worth the hassle.
  3. Yep given us another horrific opening 10 fixtures yet again. Rafa must look at being given the Top 8 first 10 games again and think can I really be arsed playing catch up all season again. The FA couldn’t have made it anymore boring. At least change the order up a bit if they’d given us the opening 10 games Everton or West Ham have got then at least we wouldn’t have to watch the same season of just playing catch up again. 20th to midtable again how boring. Literally going to be the exact same season all over again. https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/what-newcastle-united-rafa-benitez-16513127 Great article on this I wouldn’t be suprised if this plays a part in Rafa Benitez leaving. He must think can I really be arsed to to go through 2 months of fixture hell being slated by the media for it again while Silva and Pellegrini get easy starts that make them look good. If I was Rafa I’d run for the hills no point going through all that again he has to start behind all the other clubs this Summer for transfers as it is Even Aston Villa have spent more net than Rafa in the Premier League since we’ve come up and Aston Villa haven’t even kicked a Premier League ball yet!!! Surely he is at the point of what more can I do for this football club with my hands side tied behind my back. If he is willing to stay I’ll be amazed.
  4. Having a 10+ goal striker(Mitro) for a bottom 5 squad will keep you up if you’re team can defend. I think Norwich, Sheff Utd, Brighton(Murray replacement), Palace should be banging the door down to get him. Reckon he would get 10-13 again next season for any of those sides.
  5. Sounds like they’re selling Lo Celso to Spurs to fund the deal. Very suprised a bottom 5 Premier League club or even Palace haven’t made sure they get him instead at that price.
  6. Yeah and you will be when it all goes to pot and we’re stuck with Mike Ashley and he brings Tim Sherwood in on a 7 year contract
  7. I’m probably down to 1% of hope now I just think we’re destined for misery no way will Mike Ashley let us have enjoyment Just feel like this is going to end up the worse way possible with Rafa leaving and us being stuck with Mike. I just can’t imagine anything positive happening lost nearly all hope.
  8. No point giving Ole money they might get injured Rio
  9. Can’t wait to hear him and his Skysports pals enjoying ripping into Newcastle during our horrifically tough first 10 fixtures again Going to have to watch the same thing all over again 2 months of fixture hell then catch upto midtable by the end of season. Literally have to be the team playing catch up all season again. I’ll be shocked if Rafa can be arsed to be made to go through all that again.
  10. Yep. Being made to play catch up yet again. Honestly can’t see him staying now well done Mike
  11. If it doesnt happen I think I'm done with football altogether. Being here in the US I'm away from it a bit and it will be easier to just get immersed in one of my adopted teams in the sports here. At least theres a semblance of hope with the way sports are setup here If the takeover doesnt happen and Rafa goes relegation is an absolute certainty imo Me already Doing a bad job of it. Yep. Absolutely sick of it though. Knowing our luck the takeover won’t happen and Rafa will leave and supporting Newcastle Utd next season will be absolute hell

  13. I really can’t be arsed going through the EXACT same season again. Can’t wait for the first 10 game run of hell AGAIN getting pelters from Skysports every week then having to play catch up the whole season. The FA couldn’t have made next season anymore boring we saw that horrific opening run of games last season. Seen the exact same Big 6 game for the first match for the last 6 years at least make it look like the fixtures are picked at random So boring and predictable every year we can’t even get a start you can look forward to.
  14. Another one of his targets missed out on because of the club Rafa must think what is the point having to play catch up on transfers on everyone else yet again Stick around just to play catch up on everyone after being given the worst opening 10 games of anyone yet again Stick around just to be given absolute hell from everyone through that opening run of games of hell I now think unemployment is more attractive than managing catch up Newcastle Utd yet again next season. Another season of having to play catch up on everyone.

  16. Knowing how dodgy the FA are they will magically pick out Spurs for the 3rd season in a row Hopefully this time we get the bottom 5/6 sides first 10 games get a good start then play the Big 6 when they have midweek games in October, November, December. Wouldn’t mind Chelsea or Man Utd early though. Brighton while in transition early would be good too.
  17. Alexander Isak to Real Sociedad for just €10million Crazy value at that price.
  18. Selling Lanzini though apparently. Decent replacement though
  19. Fonseca confirmed as Roma manager. One less club to worry about
  20. Aston Villa looking like they might blow our transfer record on Butland for £23million Probably one of the worst keepers I’ve seen at coming off his line. The prices for average English players are crazy.
  21. Next season with VAR we will get more penalties and the opposition will get more Red cards than the last 2 seasons put together. You can quote me on it I think discussing a core rule change to the game with people whose main criteria is whether it specifically benefits their team or not is one of the more pointless exchanges I've had on here in fifteen years. Might as well discuss whether or not we should automatically disallow any goal scored past a Slovakian goalkeeper. No disallowing it becuase they saw they had their arms(Boly) around his neck will be nice though You know giving the Ref the best possible view to decide if it was a fair goal or not? Wonder why Nuno Santo doesn’t want VAR
  22. Next season with VAR we will get more penalties and the opposition will get more Red cards than the last 2 seasons put together. You can quote me on it
  23. Me when we get over 10+ penalties next season like Crystal Palace always get every season to win matches Also me when we get the amount of penalties Bournemouth and Palace get to win matches Also me when the opposition get more Red cards against us than they have since 2013(1) Bring VAR on man at least we’ll finally get more penalties and the opposition will get more Red cards than they usually do every season. Bring it on
  24. Steve Parish Crystal Penalty F.C. chairman is “Worried” there might be even more penalties next season due to the handball rule What so everyone else might get as many as you always do Steve? Sounds like a man that is worried about a more even playing field next season haha.
