I voted Daveeed. Class act, although I loved Robert too. Ginola's crossing was staggeringly good, so much variety, abitilty and accuracy. It does help having Sir Les to aim for mind.

Not in the same class as lampard, particularly with respect to passing (if we're overlooking the shooting). Could have been superb, just lacked one or two attributes.

No eye for goal was his main failing. He could get in the right place but didn't have killer instinct / touch. Always quite liked him, but it's almost pointless having a player that good who's that inconsistent with regards to fitness and performance.

If we get relegated, don't come back up and sell our best player I'm not sure we are.

He's not in the same class anymore. Still a very, very good centre back without a doubt, but not the potentially world class player we had. Must have been that injury he had when he went to madrid. Agree we'd have been safe by now if we had him though.
