There's an article on skysports.com. Doesn't actually say what the infringement was, but some sort of contract breach. If a club doesn't complain about the transfer there won't be any hassle, if they do it mainly ends up being a compensation squabble.

How can you say this without knowing the contractual details? It's a possibility but it certainly isn't 'clear'. I haven't even seen details on what the breach related to yet.

Presumably we had the right to sign N'Zogbia due to the contractual situation, the only dispute was over the value of compensation due. It hasn't been fully explained but it looks like there has been breach of contract in this case.

Would have been great for us in the Championship, but he will struggle in the prem, he didn't have a great goalscoring record at Celtic did he? 38 goals in 80 appearances. If I remember rightly, Roeder actually started Duff up front one game and still left Rossi on the bench. Think that might have been the loss at home to Sheff U, I was there for that one, miserable game. Rossi was wank for us though, I can only remember one league cup goal and very little by way of performance.

Rossi did little to merit a place in the team when here anyway.

It's because we only have two centre backs. I wouldn't want Enrique there in the long run, he's a very good full back, but it potentially could be beneficial for the team to have him in the middle with Kadar being blooded less in the firing line on the left. Might not work but it's worth considering.

I don't think many people would want Shearer over Hitzfeld. It's pretty much irrelevant though. except 30,000 odd who go to the game Moot point though isn't it. Distin occasionally plays LB (not RB) but won't this season because Baines is there. I'm not going to pretend I know much / anything about Vermalean, but I certainly won't pretend he's proved himself on the basis of 4 games. If he turns out as good as you say then I'd probably have Arsenal's defenders over Spurs's, but I pretty much said that anyway. .. think he was referring to babatunde. Fucks sake.
