2005 then march 2007 then this one. Got sent off at fulham last year didn't he? Along with Rooney?

you can get 12/5 that's just daft, where is that? use nufc.com, as Niel pointed out, My two bets today were the mackems and wigan to win. My £20 is now £70. Still sticking to my never stake more than 10% rule.

That's why you can't read his shola face. Fuckin' hero.
-
Just like shagging a prossie. You get your win but no-one's actually impressed with you.

I was expecting Mowen to have posted a link to his own profile tbh. If I was a bit cleverer / funnier I probably would have done that.

it was craig fagan that guthrie knackered, although i did think it was folan too when i first read the name Don't worry mate, it can happen to the best of us. People with surnames that similar shouldn't be allowed to play at the same club tbh.

I reckon he'd be fine. Fagan, however... Close enough.
-
Not sure Folan would get on too well with Guthrie tbh...

Stoke supporting mate of mine says he's pretty decent. To paraphrase - "Doesn't get booked not because he doesn't tackle, but because he usually gets the ball. Good at getting his head to crosses in the box at both ends. Always seems to have time on the ball." He doesn't really understand why he's not considered good enough. Everyone's been emailing their stoke supporting mates then I got 'will do a decent job for you in the championship but definitely not premiership standard'.

To be fair, we're even shorter on centre-backs. Even shorter on winger, only got 1. 2, lovenkrand's i class as a winger Lovenkrands is far and away better up front, which he proved at Rangers. but we need wingers, i don't want raylor no where near our midfield But Lovenkrands is is not that great on the wing. No he's crap, people just think he's a winger becauuse he's fast and left footed, his crossing and passing are shocking, I'd prefer raylor tbh, got alot of our assists this term. sound's just like our only winger, (as his passing and crossing is shocking as well) Jonas' passing is surprising good, he plays alot of dangerous through balls, I never understand where people get this concept that he can't pass at all, he's no Alonso but he's fairly decent. He doesn't play a lot of dangerous through balls, he plays about one a month. He can do them from time to time but doesn't even attempt them that much.

His shot stopping is fucking terrible as well. Apparently he's not very good at long division either. Steer clear.

Chops never, ever looked like scoring though. He didn't look as inept as Shola did, but he looked much less like scoring. Didn't Chopra start less than 10 games? Shola had 10 starts before 2002 if memory serves, without looking like a goalscoring threat whatsoever Probably, don't know how many he started. Played in about 20 odd iirc. Shola was thrown into the first team out of necessity as I remember, he had to play up top on his own as an 18 yr old as there was literally no-one else fit. By the time chops was on the scene Shola sorta knew how to score a bit.

He's a defender edit: if I hadn't bothered checking I'd have been first. I'm never checking again.

Depends how you interpret it. My insinuation was that I wasn't bothered if he had any real money to pump into transfers. Keeping the club afloat whilst we're out of the top flight is a given necessity.

I'm not sure many posts have ever made me laugh more than this one.

The lad is spot on - let's hope we get a response from Hughton by not putting Butt in the starting 11 when fit! I'm amazed more hasn't been put on that statement. In response to his U21 manager giving us grief for not giving him enough games. Are you referring to the keep them happy bit? Aye. His U21 manager came out and said he needs more games and is unhappy with his selection at Newcastle. Now Krul comes out with this. He's just had his ear bent a bit, and considering Krul's comments are to a Dutch mag or something i guess what his manager has said was put to him and this is his answer. Having a sly dig, but at least he's not throwing in transfer requests...yet. Aye true, I'm just more surprised a journalist here hasn't ran with the quote and twisted it. Unfortunately there is time. With the Internationals on ATM they've got something else to write about, this can wait for a dry week. One step ahead from Kez and TT.
