I'm amazed that there are still people in this thread who think there's any chance at all that we'll go down this season. It was over before yesterday never mind after another win.

I’ve been optimistic throughout all of this but I’m now of the opinion that it’s dead in the water. We’re gonna be seeing Tweets from this Keith guy all summer and appearances on Wraiths podcast all summer with bits of news here and there as per usual. It was March, then April then the summer and eventually we’ll hear it won’t be done by the start of the season then it’ll be before the end of the year and it’ll roll on and on. It’s fucking bullshit and I’m sick of it. Ashley will still be here this time next year and Bruce probably will be as well. It’s time to get back to protesting against Ashley and Bruce and forget about this bloody thing.

Every other supporter I met thought the likes of the stadium renaming was hilarious and constantly took the piss and continue to do so with Ashley. They don't care about other clubs and never did and now they want supporters to come together against the actions of their own clubs owners. I applaud their efforts but these fans aren't friends in our fight and never will be.

If our supporters had any balls then we'd see the same scenes at SJP for the Sheffield game after yet another pathetic season but we know it won't happen. More likely to see the 10k going singing Bruce's praises. While I applaud what the Man Utd fans have done today I can't help feel bitter as fuck that after all the shite and all the years of pain we've endured that we won't see anything similar here. I'm jealous of them. I'm obviously not talking about everyone btw because I've seen first hand what some of our fans have done over the years to get Ashley out and the efforts of those on here in particular but still, even with all the fans groups created we couldn't get the masses on side and SJP still had 40k+ in every home game even in the Championship. This. Don't get me wrong plenty of pundits have criticised bad owners in this league over the years but never with such passion. Horrible owners have been destroying clubs for years and these pundits only care because its landed at the door of their own clubs. If this leads to reform and supporters having a major or final say in the boardroom then brilliant, that benefits every club but I just can't see it.

If anything sums up how absolutely awful a Bruce side is its the fear of relegation even when you're 9 points clear with 12 points to play for.

Its incredible how the top clubs get pelters by us all the time about their plastic fans etc yet they are prepared to make a proper stand for their club while our lot (not everyone of course) have lapped up two relegations and the destruction of everything likable in our club.
