Hughton is a manager who is learning his trade. Today is a learning curve for him i.e. he NEEDS to drop the players who played really well last year but are not good enough at this level, i.e. Nolan and players who somehow have a reputation as being a good player i.e. Smith. Needs to show some balls and drop those 2.

We said at the start of the season that the likes of Smith etc would send us back down to the Championship. I think today was proof that they will. We are very lucky to have Tiote and Ben Afra though, its just a question of when Hughton will drop his golden boys Nolan and Smith for better players.

Nolan is good at getting goals, but when he isnt scoring he is utter utter shite. Is it worth playing him for the goals every now and again or is it better playing someone who offers more every game?
