Are the players knackered though? Most of them had 6 weeks without a competitive game just 2 months ago, and they aren't playing anymore games than any other team. Yes we had the two legs of the league cup, but we also skipped a weekend in between when the FA Cup 4th round was on. I wonder if the players are being overcautious for fear of hurting themselves and missing the cup final? I know we don't rotate a whole lot but still.

We've over a week until the final after this so go full strength. No good reason to be resting our best players. Obviously there's a risk of injury and suspension but we're also in the race for Champions League football and there's a chance for a massive confidence boasting win here for the final too.

Would love us to put in a proper museum as part of the stadium tour. We've won 4 league titles, 6 FA Cups and the Fairs Cup, more success than nearly all the clubs in England bar 9 and you wouldn't know a thing about it at SJP. Get it into a museum with everything else that goes with our history. A spot for every major trophy with the story about the team and story behind each win.

One thing is for sure with our owners is that they will have the best in the business trying to answer the East Stand question. Can’t wait to see the finished SJP in a few years.

Putting season ticket holders from the East Stand into new seats on the Gallowgate while the East Stand gets rebuilt is a great shout. Makes sense really, the East Stand will need to be updated at some stage.

Maybe a long shot because I’m sure there’s plenty already doing it, but if there’s enough going could we hire a room somewhere? Save us trying to squeeze into somewhere that’s already packed out.
