Based on him being him. It has to be perfect in so many ways. He’s into the very very small details when it comes to what he want in a player, both attributes as well as character. I can imagine him making a “small pool of players” even smaller than most other managers would. I’d be surprised if he isn’t more picky than most. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, it’s also a very good thing and important to a quite a degree. Nothing here for you to defend IF that was your thinking. I’m pretty convinced he’s like I’ve said above and it also helps us I reckon. Can also imagine him being slightly stubborn at times regarding what he needs and wants.

I can also imagine Eddie saying No, no, nope, not that one. Regarding options offered by Mitchell. Or however they collaborate.

Is that Fraser Gillan reliable? Hope it’s true. Really think NM would blossom into a very special player under Howe’s guidance for a few months. Think he would thrive in a settled environment. Also with our fans and how much we appreciate a player getting us off our seats. It’s a match made in heaven I reckon. He has things to improve but I prefer him to signing someone like Raphinha, I genuinely do for many reasons.

I remember a goal or two which he absolutely smashed in to the roof of the net with his right. Not saying he has a good right foot but definitely has one unlike Miggy. Plus Madueke has the ability to go past players on the outside into the penalty area.
