1: 20 years old 2: New league 3: Shit manager 4: New shit team 5: Thrown in straight away 6: Pressure He was never gonna hit the ground running straight away and as he wasn't able to perform to the level everyone expected his confidence obviously went to shit and after that happens it can take a while before you're back to perform at the level you potentially can. I'm not sure how many of you play or have played football at a decent level, but when your confidence is down and nothing clicks then you start thinking too much and when a chance comes you kind of feel insecure and even before you've touched the ball you almost know that you will miss and that's what usually happens then. He has a lot to prove and hasn't done anything yet really, but i've always had belief in him and thought that his time will come, and that his finishing will improve as he gains more confidence and experience. Hopefully i'm right. It all went wrong from the beginning, we never should have needed to rely on a 20 year old in new league going in as 1st choice more or less straight away. I really like him and i think he has a bright future and hopefully that will be at this club time will tell..

Yeah and now when most of our players are starting to find their rythm the competition for places is harder than ever. This will make sure that everyone is on their toes looking to perform as well as possible. He's having selection "problems" as it is and the players will know that they have to be at their absolute best to have a chance of starting. Sometimes players will be rested no matter what, but that's a different thing. I'm absolutely loving that there's competition in each position for once. Not just that, players that do come in are good at this level and will also know what their role is, and not looking like a fish on land. A different player but it doesn't change THAT much. Everyone knows what Rafa wants and how.

Don't remember the last time we looked fluid moving the ball around from our third to the last? Fucking amazing and loving every second of it right now.

What is this, Mitrovic looking almost pacey? Loved seeing him running in behind and taking down the ball to Ritchie who then won the penalty. Mitrovic was there in the air challenging for the ball that ended up going to Perez who in return finished it nicely. How could Diame miss that? Was put on a plate for him by Mitro. His two goals were nice though, but still lol. Seems like the extra training sessions that Mitro's had with Rafa is paying off So f***ing happy for him, and us of course. We can't just rely on one forward scoring goals. Perez starting to find form as well..
