  1. Was doing some stuff around the house first half. Pretty sure it's all down to whether I'm watching or not. I've turned over to the NFL now anyway so should pick up
  2. Feels like any time I watch Man City it's exactly like this. So fucking dull
  3. Aye, Grealish has 100% got that yellow on purpose
  4. Take a look in the mirror And what do you see Do you see that you're gash now Or are you deceived In what you believe Cos you're only fewmin, afterall You're only fewmin, afterall Go eat some chips with cheese Go eat some chips with cheese
  5. Mafia turning on each other, sad stuff frankly.
  6. Some pretty reasonable takes in that thread on Red Cafe IMO. You're always going to get a large percentage of shite takes on any football forum, lots of football fans are absolute morons who don't really understand what they're looking at. We've plenty on here. Lazy to zero in on those takes.
  7. Fucking class draw We'll have the guts of a full week off before and after this so will be able to put out a strong team. The fixture crunch is really only up until Boxing Day, after that it eases off fairly significantly even before the winter break.
  8. I had no idea they had a kid called Mainoo playing until well into the second half
  9. I personally don't have any interest in a DM being bought and Bruno being played further forward. He's so critical to the way we play where he is and is getting better and better at the role. The way our midfield is set up also allows him plenty of license to get forward and influence things in the final third. The RCM role requires tremendous athleticism to make those runs into space and it's not a strength of his. He's also not looked great when he's got into decent shooting positions to be honest.
  10. Not having that like, there was fuck all in it and there's a reason anyone trying to argue it was a red is showing a freeze frame instead of the actual footage. Of course you'll always get a few whoppers unable to see anything through anything other than the most biased of views but the insinuation that all of us are unable to view an incident on its merits is a bit shit, frankly.
  11. Thanks, just searched and got a good couple of minutes of reading dipshits Man U fans on Twitter trying to argue that it was a red.
  12. Aye, Miley looks ready to be a first team squad regular already tbh. Bruno Miley Tonali Longstaff Joelinton Willock Anderson That's a pretty deep group and crucially Miley looks like he can play the Bruno role more comfortably than Longstaff. Kalvin Phillips for 6 months to cover Tonali makes an awful lot of sense. If we could only bring in one player in January I'd like a RW, though. (Assuming Botman isn't dead of course)
  13. Anyone anywhere giving them any grief for clearly knowing Pope was injured and not putting the ball out, then being aggrieved the ref stopped play to get treatment on while they were trying to attack?
  14. Dubravka Tripps Lascelles Schar Hall Bruno Miley Joelinton Ritchie Livramento Gordon Major potential to backfire but this is the only game of the next three where not starting our strongest eleven seems at all like something we can maybe get away with. Don't think we'd be overrun with that midfield. Keep it tight and hope to nick a goal, then on 60 minutes release the hounds. Isak looks fucking knackered and we can't afford an injury to him, give him the last half hour and a better chance of being right for both Spurs and Milan. Tino didn't look great at RW against Dortmund but I reckon he'd have more chance of doing some damage cutting inside from the left. Ritchie obviously won't offer much threat but should do a job covering and protecting Tripps at least. Infuriating having all these injuries, feel like we're absolutely vibing off our faces as a team right now and with a good rotation available to us we'd blitz through this December fixture list.
  15. More and more convinced that he can lead us all the way to where we want to go. Imagine once he has a deep squad of all top class players and we can play our high intensity style for 90 minutes every game. It will be immense.
  16. He'll become exactly what he's supposed to be, a versatile squad player who's a fantastic presence in the dressing room.
  17. Well as long as he had a nice day.
  18. Thank fuck we held on mind because it would have been absolutely infuriating to let a win get away again just because we have no fresh legs to bring on.
  19. He's like Paolo Maldini at LB, but much better going forward.
  20. Almiron has such tunnel vision man, once there's half a chance to shoot he'll always go for it. Could have rolled that to Isak in such a good position.
