We've seen how much we struggled without Longstaff the last month, can see the sense in adding a player with a similar skillset and doesn't seem like he'll cost a whole lot. The talk of a versatile winger who can play anywhere across the front line makes me wonder if there's something in the João Felix rumours. Would fit the bill in that regard. Felix, Maddison, McTominay, Tierney and a CB? I'd go for that, like.

I obviously hope we sign those three players mind you.

On a side note it's such a shame Napoli lost that Champions League quarter final. Manager leaving, star probably CB leaving, star striker probably leaving, star winger possibly leaving. Does feel like this might just have been the one year it all came together for them and it's a shame they just faltered in the CL.
