ow. Fucking ow.

Wew right footed shot

Pardew actively made our players less capable by forcing them all to be horrid hard working defensive types, carver probably just shouts some random words and tells them to gan play footy. Probably won't get us very far, but it's an improvement.

Not even a foul.
-
Heel turn needed, but what we got was a main event double count out.

WE'RE LOCKED AT NIL NIL

He's a centre back, I'm guessing defending the game out isn't what the Everton fans were hoping for.. don't think it's anything to do with The Rock.

Commentators are desperate to pretend this game isn't shit.

Here's a little known factoid for all you football fans this evening - this Merseyside derby will actually be Steven Gerrard's last Merseyside derby, as he is leaving Liverpool to join US side, Los Angeles Galaxy, in the summer.

This doesn't really work given its a Friday night. It'd make sense if they did a late Saturday game, but Friday afternoon isn't going to get much of a NA crowd.

You know it's sad times when you're seriously considering watching the Scottish second division.

"I actually went home and had a cup of tea and chip butty, that's how I celebrated. But you build on it now by getting successive wins. That's what we are aiming for."

HBA was in our squad and we gave him away for free. He'd be in my starting XI, but instead, we just let him leave for nowt. Weapons grade Insanium iyam.

Probably costs more money if we play him for more than 10 games this season.

If he resigns and leaves given his notice period of a year, I imagine there'd be significant financial ramifications, no? I'm sure he "can" leave, but I bet he gets screwed if he does.

Basically this Would either of you walk away from your paid job for "dignity" reasons ?? It seems to me that those who "fall on their sword" are independently wealthy enough to do so. Hate to agree with you, but there does seem to be the tendency for people to think that they're the most principled mother fuckers in the land who would rather walk and accept the wrath of mikes legal team than just suck it up for a while. Incidentally this definitely doesn't fall in line with the amount of people in the Job Thread who complain about their jobs/bosses etc and don't do anything about it.

So you think someone so ill that they can rationalise the idea of taking their own lives, are well enough to see the damage that will do to others and are in a position where they're well enough to think rationally about the choices in front of them? I'm sure you mean well, but this is a really ignorant viewpoint. You have to find a middle ground in all of this, no? It's not all about protecting Clarke Carlisle. People around him are getting hurt too. It's a pickle alright. How do you mean? he needs help, aye. I'm more interested in protecting the greatest amount of people possible. If it takes sectioning 1 Clarke Carlisle to his possible detriment, to protect 10 family members/lorry drivers, then I'm all for it.
