I see a third option though, he sucks it up and stays, then we don't get relegated. I see that as well. No doubt in my mind we'd still be a prem team if KK hadn't left. No way would we have went down. Me too. Obviously 'wise and ashley being really annoying bosses' was more important to Keegan than ensuring the club stayed in the Premier League.

I reckon he'll just get really fucking pissy in friendly matches, start fighting with the opposition and generally playing really shit. Then he'll say how he has to go for his career, but he won't actually put in a transfer request. Oh, and he'll also get some mong to sign up to an Everton Message Board to make sure everyone knows just how much he LOVES Everton.

There's more information on me than this fella ffs. Doesn't exist.

Yeah, being the hardest working and best player over two seasons is a pretty good way to play the fans. I could accept more being like that. He's spent the last month whoring himself out to the media rather than just shutting the fuck up and getting on with things. His attitude in friendlies has been fucking diabolical as well. One of the least professional players in the squad at the moment. I'd be so much happier if he put a fucking transfer request in and got on with things until he was sold. And being 'the best player' in a Newcastle United squad over the last 2 years is not even close to an achievement. His input into the first team games over the last year is massively overrated anyway, he spent the half of last season sat next to wor Micky.

I think the problem with it is it's almost identicle to last years Claret body, blue sleeves. That's all that matters really. It's a nice kit, but without examining a picture of the outgoing shirt I couldn't name a single thing that's even slightly different. Round neck v V neck is the major one. I don't care, I don't buy them, but personally I'd like our shirt to change pretty much nothing from year to year. Look at the guff Adidas add to some of their kits, for example, show-horning triple stripes into them and what not. Liverpool have had some truly horrific kits. I understand the desire to stick to a fairly simplistic kit, and not want to bastardise your shirt with the Adidas treatment, but I had to get pictures of these two kits side by side and examine them carefully to even tell there was a difference. I'd feel rather short changed tbh. I think I'd just buy the old 1 and tell everyone it was the new kit.

Are those Keegan lovers conveniently forgetting that Keegan is trying his best to rape the club of nearly £10m in compensation? Or do you think that these are the actions of a man that loves the club? A club that has been relegated and is hardly on fantastic financial footing?
-
So you Think Ashley is Right, and keegan is wrong? Way to put words into his mouth. They were/are both "wrong" tbh
-
If Beye does leave, then good riddance. He's no better than any of the other mercenary types around NUFC. He's just played the fans a lot better.
-
Aye, tactical if you ask me. Everyone has to do their time.

Yeah but only due to the fact that the Premier League is worth licensing. Have you ever seen the Football League show on ITV? Every other clip is either a penalty or a sending off and occasionally if your very lucky you might see a goal from outside the area. Could not give less of a shit. The show will have NUFC on, therefore it is the show I care about.

It's on the iPlayer?!?! That's fucking immense imo. Regular MOTD doesn't get that privilege due to licensing shite. MINT.

I agree with these comments, if Arsenal fail to sign anyone else. Getting rid of those two players for that kind of money is AMAZING business, but it all counts for nothing if they don't replace them. I would really like them to sign Huntelaar.
-
I guess they've already signed Vermaelen, but their defence still looks pretty thin on the ground

We may as well have 1 thread for Man City signings, the replies are always the same.

Toure signs for Man City.

Doesn't the importance of Bendtner in that system worry you a little?

ESPN UK wins Premier League TV rights - Free on Virgin Media's Top package.
SEMTEX replied to Interpolic's topic in Football
ESPN has some SPL games. No clue how many. It would cost me 9 quid p month for espn and espn HD. In all sky rooms of house. Much better value than shitanta. The only reason I consider it is due to college football etc. If that shit is available in HD I'm in. -
He's definitely got a bit of the Phillipe Albert in him like.

hahah Nah, Barca's squad is definitely stronger purely because they've already proven themselves, but Real Madrid's squad is stronger than last years effort. Obviously there are always doubts about Real Madrid's defence, as well as how easily their new galacticos will fit in, so no matter who they've signed it'd be hard to claim they'd be better than Barca. Unless Barca lose a few players that is. Saying all this, the defenders in Madrid's squad aren't half as bad as people think. Pepe the psycho, Sergio Ramos and Raul Albiol aren't exactly awful choices at centreback. Full back is more questionable. I guess Arbeloa signing is a good thing. Anything is better than Michel 'Stephen Carr' Salgado. Hopefully the manager can instill some confidence in the defence and play a nice balanced game. We shall see.

I hate everyone and everything involved in that deal, so I think I'm fairly impartial. I don't hate Hleb mind you. Yeah, Inter got the better side of the deal from most perspectives, but for whatever reasons, not from Pep's perspective. I don't know what Eto'o said or did, but Peppy McPep really didn't want him around did he? I wonder if he's a disruptive influence or something? Either way, Inter will probably win Serie A again, and do very similarly in the Champions League, but with an extra 40m Euros in the bank. Barca will be a very similar outfit too, but 40m lighter and against a significantly stronger Real Madrid side. If they gel.
-
While I still think this transfer is far fetched, it's really not as crazy as some people are letting on. Eto'o 1 year left on contract also.

Should be made captain tbh
