For one thing, it appears that Pardew just doesn't want to acknowledge any fault on his part and secondly, the players might be losing a bit of faith in him if they didn't listen to the manager's instructions. Either way, it all leads back to Pardew as being the root cause...

Thought this was your view of this whole debacle at first. Im glad i read the whole thing I'm now at the point of no return, mate. I said a couple of weeks ago that I was still willing to give Pardew a chance but I also added if we only got 1 point from Norwich and Reading, then my view on him would change and look's what happened...Things have not improved whatsoever and this rot is only going to continue with Pardew at the helm. Seriously, if Pardew left/got sacked tomorrow, I would feel relieved. I'd probably say thank you for 2011/12 but that was then but this is now. The stark reality is that we need change and fast.

One solitary point from Norwich and Reading really is disgraceful. Something needs to change and it has to be now. I was willing to give Pardew a chance if he got a win today but he's fucked up big time and has well and truly lost my faith.

I gave up on this game as soon as Reading scored the equaliser. Still had it on in the background but stopped paying attention to it.

So yeah, my view on Pardew has well and truly changed.
