  1. Why would we move Faye from his best position to accomadate other players? Should leave Faye and Taylor at CB and not mess about. Faye and Van Buyten would be better tbh
  2. There was a few I recall Keegan needs to get the triangle passing back, I think that's the first thing he'll be going for.
  3. Wouldn't be against him as long as he can stay fit. Cracking player on his day mind
  4. Well start with Carr he's a right hairy c***! Tres drole! I'm here all week!
  5. I think you have a short memory if you thought it was nearly as bad as Derby away. The intent that we played with was much better, and our retaining of possession was better, and the whole second half was spent in their half. The problem was, we had no-one able/willing to try something to unlock the door, and that could come from Duff, Zog, or Milner but none of them had a particularly good game which is why we stuggled. No it was! No invention, balls into the box were awful as was movement off the ball, just as stagnant as the Derby match. Plus point is it can't get much worse than what it is now
  6. Agreed Was a major blow Viduka missing that game! Shola was shocking. Pleased Cox is back mind, always liked the bloke and the players knew exactly what they should be doing! At the minute they seem like strangers to each other so that's one area i'd be looking for to change before the end of the season.
  7. After watching Sams awful excuse for football for most of the season how long do you think it will take Keegan to get us playing with style and flair? Or is it a case of the players we have at present do not have the ability to implement it? Thinking before the match with Bolton I wasn't expecting us to suddenly become a good side overnight, but I was hoping the players would be lifted enough to at least get a few shots on target! Not 1 as it turns out. It was almost as bad as the Derby away performance, not KK's fault but purely the players not making space for themselves and playing into channels where Bolton had ample cover! Rozza seemed lost in midfield although he did get a little better 2nd half but still way off being a good player, Kev should have started with Lua Lua and at least get someone that can beat a couple of players to try and get the crowd rocking! As it was though we got more subdued as the match went on. I think after the next 4 games we'll see a change start to take place, whether that be with new signings or not. Up the toon!
  8. Man U (f****** hate the fans the players everything that club stands for) Boro (Touch their bairns. Think they will be better than us, actually think fluking the Carling cup makes them a success!) Sunderland (Thick as pig s***, many similiar delusions of grandeur as the boro)
  9. Well rumour sites are usually full of shite but this sounds plausible as a few are saying the same thing. Be a bonus if Shola fucks off! I work at St. James Park and have arranged a meeting between Dean Ashton and his agent with Chris Mort and Kevin Keegan tommorow morning. This meeting is to finalise personal terms of a deal which is worth £10 million pound and Ameobi going the other way. Expect announcement later this week.
  10. Just get a couple of top players for midfield in first Bentley, Arshavin then maybe Van Buyten if he's keen to move. If we can get these players in by the the start of next week then let him go alll out and try and get Richards for the remainder of the window! We have to be looking at these types of players as we won't attract superstars just yet! Just need some playmakers FFS.
  11. God can you imaginethe size of the gallows that would be needed?

  13. Toon good to be true Last updated: 20th January 2008 Dickinson: Keegan has limitations Keegan has clearly got some failings as a manger and the Premiership is so competitive that he is going to hit the wall. Matt Dickinson, The Times Even if you do live under a rock, not a northern one of course, the chances are you would still have heard the news that the 'Geordie Messiah is back in Toon'. Rarely, if ever before, has the appointment of a manager made more headlines than Kevin Keegan's return to take over the reins at Newcastle United and if the noises from Tyneside are to believed, then the club has got the man that will bring the good times, and winning times, back to St James' Park. But not everybody is convinced. Matt Dickinson of The Times told the Sunday Supplement this week that Newcastle and Keegan should brace themselves for some 'harsh realities'. "I am not immune to the romance and it is a fantastic story," he said. "It will keep us all occupied for a good few months. "But without sounding too Victor Meldrew about it, you have to get down to some harsh realities and I think the best years of Keegan are behind him. I think it is a very different Premiership to the one that he worked in back in those glory days in Newcastle. "Aside from the top four, there are some other excellent managers out there: David Moyes, (Sven Goran) Eriksson is doing great stuff at Man City and Martin O'Neill at Aston Villa. Keegan is going to be coming up against some top class opponents in the dugout and I think some of his limitations, seen in other jobs, are going to be exposed. "I think, to be honest, he will give them a great lift. Some of the players were saying that he came down to the training ground the other day, that he was fantastic, pressed all the right buttons, they suddenly want to play for Newcastle again. Great! "They will do pretty well for the next six months, he will have to go and sign players and it will be interesting to see how much money they give him to sign those players. "But suddenly it will come down to details, and Kevin isn't always the best with those details." Dickinson also wondered whether Keegan can really deliver what the fans of Newcastle United want, provided that is he can work out what they want first. He said: "We are back to the old expectations, ludicrious over-expectations in some ways you can say, of the Newcastle fans. They want to win a trophy - there has been a lot of talk of not winning a trophy - but then suddenly we are told no, they think they are Barcelona basically; they think they should be playing (Lionel) Messi and Ronaldinho every week. "I am still not quite sure what they want but they want the earth, the sun and the moon... and the stars with it... and tomorrow." The bottom line though, he says, is that whatever they want, he doesn't think Keegan can deliver it, especially if it is too break into the big four. Dickinson said: "I think Kevin has clearly got some failings as a manger and the Premiership is so competitive that he is going to hit the wall. I think he is going to find out that seventh, eighth or ninth is as good as he can do with this team." What a fucking embryo looking twat! These are the pricks that just churn out unimformed bollocks! How does he know he's going to be worse! cunt
  14. Yeah I heard him babble that shit as well He's the guy that seems to think football has changed from 10 years ago! No Andy you're are still as much of a cunt now as you were back then!
  15. Andy Dunn from the NOTW is a right c***! Hate's us, you can just feel it seeping through everything he writes! Looks a right prick

Think we'll struggle to get any real quality players in this month! Would love Berba! But spurs wont let him go and the only possibility is him asking for the move! Just depends how much he loves the toon
  17. Yes at least he knows which players are not up to it! Milner Rozza Carr Ameobi Butt Smith all need to get the fuck out at the 1st chance we get! Shocking that even KK can'y inspire them enough to even get a shot on target! Sam has taken us backwards with the signings he made! People say they still want sam after that?
