It's was possibly to show him how easy it is to go and see your family in lancashire, without having to move them to the north east. -
I know which one my money would be on, and it's not the first 2.
-
I have to agree, I think it is also to do with the fact we are waiting until the end of the season so no compensation is payable to Bolton.
-
They have looked out of place in a 4-4-2 formation this season.
-
Stats can be made to look exactly how you want to look. e.g. compare the first 16 games of this season. toon - won 5 drawn 4 lost 7 19 pts - best result was probably 1-1 away to Arsenal. Bolton - won 7 drawn 3 lost 6 24pts - wins over Spurs, Liverpool, Arsenal and the Toon. Let's face it over the season Sam's team have 13pts more than we do, therefore they are the better team who had a better manager than us.

must admit, saw that on monday and thought 'that sums up our season,' if the assistant manager can't be bothered it's no wonder the players can't be.

of course he could just be at the matches due to us having 3 irish players. -
Allardyce officially resigns from Bolton; Lee new manager, Speed assistant

I think that is a possibility, because of the re-structuring that our non-existent scouting network requires, also the signing of someone with a telephone book of overseas contacts, that keeps getting mentioned. However, he was also the biggest voice against an unqualified Roeder getting the managers job. so not sure if they could work together. -
IIRC he has been offered a one year contract which he is happy with, but has not signed it yet in the hope of receiving a 2 year offer from someone else.
-
The problem with that is that he would have to pick english players to play.
-
I think the rule is no more than 2 loan players at anyone time, sure Roeder mentioned something about using at least 1 of the 2 loans available during the Jan transfer window.
-
It was a good goal. Utter nonsense to say we've never scored one like that or will. when was the last time you saw us score a goal after 3 or 4 precision passes? what about nicky butt's goal at WHL this season
-
If I am reading it correctly it is only for junior members, similar to our junior magpies.
-
Lost 2-1, James McFadden with the goals for Everton
-
People seem to be getting confused..... It's Fabregas that is the good player .......... not Flamini.
-
Wasnt he at centreback in that game? thought he was at Left-Back but i might be wrong. whoever their left-back was in the first game was awful, though they looked a different side in the 2nd leg. > was definately at left back in the first game.

my choice would be Woodgate, with the 'coming home again' story. not who I expect it to be, but more who I hope it to be!!!

Try reading the whole interview, before slagging the guy off link

best piece of journalism from them in a long time.

Trim appears to be the same tone of blue on the now defunct European shirt
-
He is a good player, but far too old at 34. which is probably the reason he is only being offered a 1 year deal.

Me, the wife, the bairn and a couple of friends are going. As per every other home match (apart from Birmingham - thankfully I was working). Still can't believe the wife has started watching the football - think she has realised it is the only way she gets to see me and the bairn!!

If we get Davies and Gooch, I would imagine that the four first team cb will be Davies, Gooch, Taylor and Bramble. Huntington and Edgar will continue their development in the reserves, the odd match or on loan. Ramage and Moore will hopefully leave.
