    Alan Pardew

What he will do in January is use Tiote and Ba as an excuse for not winning games.

    Our wingers

Remember when Souness was here and he said he wanted hard working wide men and not wingers? It's the same now, Pardew has a perception that Jonas and Obertan are putting in a shift and he puts that above flair and creativity.
  3. Jonas was really poor today and has been since we played Stoke, stick him in front of Santon for a few games and I'll get worried if he's doing nothing up front.

    Alan Pardew

He's useless now that luck has deserted him.
  5. I have no idea what he though he was doing for the free kick, madness.
  6. At times we've looked solid and at other times we've squandered possession. Vuckic has done nothing of note, Obertan hasn’t been in the game and once again, Ryan Taylor is in hiding. He’s a really, really, poor defender who either gets skinned or just doesn’t even bother defending the winger, he hides. To be fair he has put in a good cross for the goal and he does put his head in where it hurts in the middle but that’s not his game. As a right back his game should be defending the winger and he’s not doing it.
  7. So Vuckic isn't good enough to play against Bolton but he is against Liverpool. Do you not usually give less experienced players the easier games?
  8. Can we have the match thread merged with Not Worthy Of A Thread?
  9. At least you've admitted it, anybody else want to confess?
  10. 87 people wanted us to sign him.
  11. None of his players will be turning out for the opposition tonight.
  12. Our circumstances don't dictate that we play long ball and it's shit when we do.
  13. Tell that to Cabaye, the moron sat a game out for nothing.
  14. He's almost certain to get booked if we go 2 v 3 in the middle.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

I wouldn't be surprised if Pardew is sitting next to some pricks, I'll never forget the stick that was handed out to Luque when we played Man U in what was possibly his home debut.
