You're wrong about Keegan being appointed to work under a director of football. The Chairman at the time of both appointments made that clear, Keegan made that clear and Wise made that clear.

I think most know he was getting a director of football, what people don't agree with is that Keegan knew this person would be his boss as that wasn't the case at the time from what all concerned were saying.
