I think Keegan has gone for one of two reasons and they are: He didn't have the promised final say on transfers. He didn't get players that he wanted. If it's the first then he was right to resign and those left behind are a pile of s**** who should piss off back to where they came from. If it's the second then he's in the wrong and has let the fans and club down. Either way, I hope we find out the real reason.

Keegan was the first manager to walk out like this since McKeag and Westwood but I don't see what that has to do with him walking out this time.

I'd rather they took the time to sort things out rather than rush into another mistake.

Keegan knew Wise was possibly coming in when we appointed Keegan, he was given 3 names and said that he preferred Wise.

Souness doesn't even get a mention these days.

My guess is still Terry Mac, I wouldn't be surprised if he'd done it to try and put pressure on both sides to sort it out.

I would guess that few people would have originally known what was going on so I wouldn't be surprised. Who had something to gain from this news breaking? I don't see how the club could have gained too much, if anything.

I'd back Keegan to improve us with new signings as much as I would back anybody.

Ashley might not have any part in this so I doubt the fans will hold anything against him if it comes out that he hasn't done anything other than try to bring people together for the good of the club.

I think all concerned should attend a press conference and tell the truth about what has gone on, where the mistakes were made and what has been done to make sure it never happens again. I also think that whoever buys our players should report to Keegan. Something major has happened and that is known by everybody, they are taking the piss out of themselves if they try to gloss over the last couple of days.

I'll wait until we hear some facts before making my mind up on who is to blame but I don't think either side is innocent in this.
