Shola isn't only lacking confidence, he's got no pace and no movement.

He runs into blind alleys when he's got nothing to aim at, one example today was when he ran towards goal and for some reason Shola ran behind a defender who was closing in on Jonas instead of going to one side to create space.

I agree about the lack of end product and he had no excuse with all of the running off the ball from the other midfielders and forwards. How he failed to pick out Shola is beyond me.

It may be worth copying in somebody from the PL as they awarded them the franchise.
