Almost like not keeping the ball when 1-0 up was a bad idea.
-
Clueless.
-
How's this 1-0
-
Schar doing my head in.
-
Need to make that one sub we have please.
-
Get Willock on please.
-
Keep playing.
-
Fuck
-
-
Just need to calm down and get the ball man.
-
Schar gets away with murder.
-
Anderson been absolutely class. What you on about lack of pace? He's looked strong, quick, everything.
-
Anderson such a difference maker. We have a nice bite in midfield.
-
I predict we will be much better because we have Anderson, Barnes and Halls refreshed energy.

Let's not argue with our resident Spurs fan. Seems a rather pointless thing to do. Of course he's going to defend his club. Isak won't be going to Spurs, not because Spurs aren't an attractive prospect but because we won't allow him to leave and I highly doubt Spurs have the required finance for that deal.
-
I'm presuming he can at least do some fitness work, while he builds his shoulder back up, which should save some time. As soon as that shoulder has had some workload testing, he should be good to go.
-
Milan fans weren't overly happy about him as sporting director IIRC. Didn't they fall out?
-
I agree with Yorkie, with the caveat that you don't always get a choice whether to keep hold of a player. At some point, players heads get turned and the fee is too big. The key is how you reinvest into the team. Spurs are an example of how you can let a key player go and actually get better results.... that said, it's not a strategy I want us to adopt. Any Isak/Bruno sale would have to be offset by 3/4 star signings (and i mean star).
-
Having an internal investigation into the medical/fitness side would be my starting point. Perhaps rotate the work load of players who've started the previous weekend? After that, I'd want Eddie to come up with a serious plan B. Perhaps a legitimate DM who can sit in front of the back 4 and release Bruno or maybe a change of formation for tougher games.
-
I made a post a few weeks back where I said we needed to move to 4231, in order to have 2 players sitting. Bruno + 1 and have a Willock or whoever protecting them as the AM. Just to change the shape of our midfield trio. There would be no need to change our pressing philosophy or attacking intent. Howe didn't do that, I'm sure he has his reasons. So there's a slight criticism of a man I adore. Something like this: Miley Bruno Miggy Willock Gordon Isak Obviously that was when Miley and Miggy were available.
-
The point you make is a good one but if anyone can watch Eddie speak and not know they are in good hands I'm not sure they can be helped. He's the real deal.
-
Look mate. We are shitter than you right now and I don't want any arguments about it.
-
Hopefully Tinos ankle is OK and it was just sore. Dubravka Tino Schar Burn Hall Bruno Anderson Willock Murphy Barnes Isak

We will get battered off Man United away like. That's 6th gone. Right now I wouldn't fancy us to go to the likes of Brentford and get a result. If we finish 7th we are for the most entertaining run in ever. The main reason we should be hopeful is because West Ham are well capable of losing games.

Eddie making mistakes = Eddie getting sacked is the stupidest shit I've heard. It's not some big gotcha because someone points out that he should have dropped Dan Burn or rested players sooner. What I do is take those negative points and I put them in the Eddie negative pile I have in my head, I look at that pile and say "Yep few things to work on there son", but then I turn around, crane my neck back, and look at the Eddie positive pile which is still blocking the fucking sun because he got us to a cup final and into the CL within the last 12 months. Just for those at the back... its not recognition of mistakes that is the issue, its the lack of perspective.
