  1. Liverpool have history for turning up for the big games like Arsenal at the weekend. They won't be getting top 4.
  2. Yeah it's always annoying seeing a bit part player celebrating the team success. He's done fuck all.
  3. I don't want to make it about Newcastle but I've noticed alot of sides struggle with our fitness in the second half of games. I think that's what's happening here. Bayern are dead on their feet, where as City still have loads in the tank. City are now just picking them off.
  4. For me Bayern have been the better side but if I was just going off the commentary I'd assume it was Citys game.
  5. In my book, anyone going out of their way to criticise Rafa, wants their heads checked. I can just about accept that he's not everyone's cup of tea. He's very pragmatic, political and his charisma isn't something people will generally warm too but that's as far as it goes. He was a superb tactician. On the other hand, anyone remotely suggesting Bruce and Rafa were comparable or even defending Bruce is the slightest, wants to get in the fucking bin. Bruce was a fat fraud, who's made his way in management due to one reason, his mates in the ex footballer community. If you didn't know any better, you'd think the disingenuous lard arse used to hold legendary house parties for his team mates when he was Man United captain, thus exonerating him from any criticisms. The two are polar opposites. Rafa was a fountain of footballing knowledge, Bruce a bufoon. Rafa cared deeply for the clubs and communities he was involved with, Bruce cared for himself. Rafa fought against the regime, Bruce worked with it. Rafa developed players, Bruce destroyed them. Rafa is more a geordie than that cunt will ever be.
  6. We aren't ripping up the blueprint with 8 games to go. I've seen Zero indication from Howe that he sees Isak as a wide man. We continue on as normal. It's what has got us where we are.
  7. Tielemens would be class, especially in those home games when we have plenty of the ball. We could move Bruno forward and it would give us two "door openers" in midfield. In those trickier away games, he could be rotated out for someone more physical. Home: Tielemans Bruno Willock Away: Bruno Longstaff Joelinton Loads of options. I suspect he's got a big contract lined up somewhere though. Probably Arsenal.

Surely instead of "attack, attack, attack". Just "Isak,isak,isak.".
  9. On this theme. Does the same count for Rashford?
  10. If we get a draw at Villa we've done well. If we win, there is zero stopping us.
  11. Makes perfect sense. Versatile forward. He'd thrive in our set up.
  12. I hope we are like a vulture feeding off their carcass in the summer. Maddison, Tielemans or Barnes please.

Froggy is the king of baiting. "Will just compare him to lingard and see how they react"....
  14. I'd like as many people as possible to do their own calculator. See where we land.
  15. I've done the predictor thing 3 times over the last two weeks, and each time I've ended up with us 6 points above Spurs. I've even put us getting beat against Villa and Arsenal, and drawing against Brighton and Chelsea. I feel like I'm doing it wrong. Spurs have Man United and Liverpool. I think that's their killer.
  16. Arteta playing Eddie ball here.
  17. Could be any score this.
  18. Why? Because its Liverpool. We need to start thinking bigger. Robertson might not want the move but we'd have CL football. I was told for years that offering CL football meant the world to footballers.
