I dont buy this Bournemouth jinx nonsense, they are a decent side but it needs to be about us, not them. Id make some changes like, Woltemade back in is the obvious one, id bring Hall in for Tripper and Botman/Thiaw in for Schar. Midfield can have a rest on Wednesday.
-
Hes way better on the ball than I thought he would be. If he learns to use that physicality then he will be just fine here.
-
We came up against an excellent side, who shaded it. Proud as fuck.
-
Pace is clearly a key factor.... and Woltemade not being gassed for Sunday.
-
I wasnt there but on TV that Miggy goal was the loudest pop ive ever heard at SJP. Probably the most insane goal feeling ive ever had. Cup final I cried like a baby.
-
Starting to get excited.
-
It was actually down hill, up hill, waaaaay down hill and then back up hill again. Weve reached the snowy part of the mountain this time.
-
The best thing Eddie said in his post match presser was that Nick needs to work on his physicality. I can see a Joelinton level remodelling of this guys physique and then, he'll be unplayable.
-
If we had spent the money Man Utd have spent since Fergie, we would win the CL, PL, the lot. Spending that level of money and being happy with the odd carabao cup or FA cup, for a club that claims to be the biggest club in the world is embarrassing.
-
We need to thank our lucky stars that we accidently avoided this clown and signed Woltemade instead. Don't worry benji, if it all goes tits up you can join an Italian club and score goals for them.
-
Hes absolutely terrible and its brilliant that they dont agree.
-
Hes certainly a nicer man than Steve Bruce. The coaching is marginal.
-
Precisely. Moyes trying to manage one the biggest clubs in the world following the greatest manager in PL history. Hes not a top 6 manager. Mourinho was a poor manager by the time he entered Man Utd and has never recovered.
-
They keep hiring shit managers, then they fail and they say "well it must not be the manager, it must be something else". Or... stop hiring shit managers. If Man United had hired Thomas Frank or if they did hire the fella at Palace, they would instantly improve. Amorim is a clown, who's wedded to a formation that doesn't work and who's not improving players.
-
That will be the luke Shaw that neville said is England's best left back?
-
Thats an incredible save.
-
Theres probably 14 sides in the league who would love Harvey Barnes in their squad and given he probably has a book value of something like 20m, I dont think we are going to struggle with his "value". Not that I think we need to sell him. Hes a good player. Patchy form at the moment.
-
What's incredible is that he's world class and you barely notice him playing at times. Im always like "who was that with that tackle?" Oh its Sandro. "Who played that pass?" Oh its Sandro. Hes like an invisible assassin.
-
We looked much worse without him. Says alot.
-
It does look like him but Alan Oliver looked considerably older than that 20 years ago.
-
My initial reaction to hearing we have injuries was one of usual horror, but then I reminded myself that we dont really have any "bad" players anymore. Even our current second 11 looks like this: Ramsdale Krafth Thiaw Botman Hall Willock Miley Ramsey Murphy Woltemade Barnes And some of those are an inch away from being the first 11. It's nice knowing that whatever 11 we put out, ive got confidence, especially at home. Tommorow, I cant see anything other than: Pope Trippier Schar Burn Tino Bruno Tonali Joelinton Elanga Woltemade Barnes And id expect us to win.

How is changing the way we operate going to close the gap? Isn't it that PSR is the actually reason and we are all frustrated and looking for someone to blame.
