Was certain that we would just sign Targett but if the club have even more ambition than me, I won't be complaining. I've been Dennis Wising this Renan Lodi and I realised that I had picked him out earlier on in the year against Man Utd, as a decent player. Getting these kind of players who will want to play a bit more, will ultimately compliment Bruno, Trippier and other more progressive players that we sign.

Thought it was interesting that Eddie said he was aware of Brunos relationship with Paqueta. He's normally quite conservative in his comments.

Surely we would trust our medical departments to assess his injury record and predict future likelihood of injury. My brain always goes to Eddie Howe and what a fantastic coach he is. I love the potential of him with bright young players. DCL is one of those who needs a fresh start. Besides, if it doesn't work out, we could probably recoup 1/4 of what we buy him for.

I'm not going to complain if the club make a move for DCL, I will assume that they have already thought about potential fitness issues. Everton are in a financial mess, so I don't think they can afford to say no to a decent offer. What would be a fair price for DCL, 35/40 million?

Ah good, the old big club debate, where nobody can possibly win. Let's have a look at the metrics with Sunderland; Stadium: Above average Fan Base: Above average Finance: Way below average History of success: Decent (comparable to us) Recent history: Very poor Traditionally considered size: Smaller than Forest, Sheffield Wed but bigger than alot of recent PL clubs (Burnley, Bournemouth, Norwich, etc) You can look at it whatever way you want but I find it hard to see them as anything other than a biggish sized club. If you consider Newcastle a big club, then in many ways Sunderland shouldnt be far off too. That mackem lad is right, their fans aren't that much different to ours. The main difference is that of the cretins that they do have, they seem to sink to depths way below ours. They also won't ever be considered a bigger club than Newcastle. It's not even being shitty, it's just the way it is. Until they have a bigger city, bigger fan base, bigger pull or comparable finances nobody outside of Sunderland would consider them to be bigger than us. Their players live and socialise in Newcastle FFS. In some ways it's harsh on them because they have had a decent footballing pedigree historically and I can understand why it would do their head in seeing us get all the attention but the longer time goes on, the less peopl from that generation will remind us of a time when Sunderland were decent. I wouldn't actually begrudge them some moderate success, PL football, perhaps even a trip into Europe, so long as they are still below us.

He'd be better off staying in Italy and trying to get a move to Juve or somewhere. Or maybe Bayern as a replacement for RL, reckon he'd tear up the Bundesliga.

I don't know if it means anything but the lad who posted it would appear to have a Turkish name and apparently the castore replica factory is in Turkey. Would certainly add some credibility.

Just noticed the sleeve pattern on the away one too. Had to zoom in to spot it.

Often these leaked ones look worse than the actually kit, which bodes well, as these aren't terrible.
