Eriksen missing is huge. He's one their more press resistant players. Presumably Fred or McTominay will come in, which gives us an advantage in midfield. Rashford and Antony are the issue, we need Almiron and Joelinton doing the hard yards to keep them quiet.

CB: Schar, Botman, Burn and New CB LB: Targett and New LB Or CB: Schar, Botman, New CB, New CB LB Targett and Burn Either way, we need to be looking at the cream of the crop.

I've got a fair chance of getting tickets and booked hotel and trains accordingly. If I don't get a ticket, I'm still going because I'm all booked up. I went 8, largely because getting Shelvey and Wood off the books is massive for us in the long term and we got two of our needed positions sorted, with talented young players. Obviously we didn't get that CM but I trust the club not to buy just anyone, therefore I'm happy with the calculated risk. If we sign a Maddison or Neves in the summer, we will be buzzing that we didn't spend 30m or whatever on Gallagher.
