Don't have any feelings of hatred for Xisco TBH, in fact i feel a touch sorry for him. We probably could have got alot more out of him than we did and i hope we can get as much money as possible for him in the summer.

But Krul doesn't even play for the reserve team that much so how is he going to improve his game(not to mention his value) if he's not playing? Today's match would have been perfect for him It's the same problem all clubs have with good youngsters and it's even worse with young keepers. IMO the simple solution is to send him out on loan ala Forster in the summer and let Forster take the no2 spot. It's the least of our trouble TBF, we are blessed in this area. If we got a really good offer for Krul, i'd be tempted to let him go, due to the progression of Forster.

I suspect he may be leaving in the summer. The club appears to be siding with Carroll (or at least not siding with Taylor), which won't go down well in a Taylor camp who've been trying to engineer a move for him for years.

If we signed Doyle it wouldn't be for his goalscoring but his workrate, which is fantastic. I think he'd be good foil for Carroll but i'd worry where the goals would come from.

Tuncay would be a good signing. He would give us something different.

Guthrie can Pass, Barton can pass. What we need in midfield is some energy. Nolan can't pass, neither can Smith or Butt. We need a good footballer, if they have good energy that is a bonus but we can't sacrifice quality.

Win-win IMO. Either we have a lad with big potential on our books or we make a tidy profit from Man Utd. Fulham got 10m for Smalling, we should get the same for Vuckic, if not, fuck them.
