Not quite sure how he plays regularly in the champions league. The french league must be gash, that's the only way they can have the confidence to play him in Europe.
-
On a serious note, who do you think is a better player, Routledge or Jonas?
-
Well i'm glad you are sure of yourself.
-
Was a shit interview but Nolan always comes across well.
-
Cannot believe you are biting to Ronaldo, christ.
-
On the other hand it's good to see Anton Ferdinand all but admitting that Sunderland were never top dogs in the north east.
-
Steven Taylor. or sign someone like Nedum Onuoha from citeh, who is a very capable footballer.
-
Nolan interview coming up on SSN, might be decent.
-
Probably, but if it's a choice between Simpson and bringing Beye back....... But it isn't, there are other options.
-
Who Beye? His wages will be fairly sizable, he won't have any sell-on value and lets be fair, his best years are behind him. All the evidence suggests to the contrary.
-
Na i'd love him to be absolutely amazing for Argentina, set him up nicely for the premiership. It's also good to have quality international players playing for your club.
-
I think we will all be keeping a close eye on Jonas at the world cup, i hope he sets it alight.
-
The players left the pitch and the DJ put on the Smith's "there is a light that never goes out". Had a right tear in my eye.

If we are to make the most of the money we have, we should be looking to foreign markets. Hopefully our scout will have been doing work for some time in this area. We are in a far stronger position to sign spanish/south american players due to our trio from spain and i hope we can use this to our advantage in the summer. I'd also like to think Hughton and Calderwood are taking their wives to South Africa for their holidays this year.
-
I love how desperate the media are. Keep your mouth shut Hughton.
-
The players can have all the rest they want in the summer. However, i trust some of those who have not been starting to come in and make a point for next season. I'd go; Harper Simo Colo/Williamson Kadar Enrique Guthrie Barton Routledge Jonas Ameobi Best It's about the confidence in the squad, not throwing away points. We can beat Blackpool with a number of line up's. I'm in no doubt that some of those who were playing last night have knocks.
-
Had one of his poorer games yesterday IMO.
-
Can't believe this guy will still be in charge next year, after this fluke.
-
Of course i'm proud, we've proved that we are a premiership club and always were. If it hadn't been for Ashley this sorry episode would have never occured but now is a chance to take what positives we can from our relegation and move on.... perhaps to better things. Forget the past, look to the future.
-
I voted Colo a while back (while Jose was injured) but i can fully understand why Enrique has taken the lead in this poll. Both of these guys have been our best and most consistent footballers since august and it is down to these two, why we have had the best defence in the league and remained unbeaten at home. Some may have come close, but no player has contributed more to our promotion than Enrique or Coloccini.
-
Nedum Onouha, can play ay right back and centre half.
-
Wasn't a bad goal for someone whos a disgrace eh?
-
Someday i hope we can be as big as Watford.
-
I hate to be cynical but when you sign foreign players you have to turn your attention to their attitude and mental strength. More Enrique's, less Bassong's. Even if Bassong is a quality player.
