Two of Arsenal's best players this year have been Vermaelen and Koscielny (sp) and they have just signed Mertesacker. I'd be suprised if they spent big money on another centre half. I can see Liverpool and Spurs following every transfer we are interested in though.

I could "handle" him going to one of the big clubs in Europe i.e Munich, Milan, Real, Barca, perhaps even Man Utd (i'm sure most of these have good keepers), but i can't handle our best players moving to fucking Spurs or Liverpool, what a waste of time. Mind you, i can't see any of our players moving to Liverpool for a while.

Clubs are going to have to pay extortionate amounts for our best players. Losing Krul would be terrible for our team, he's easily one of the best prospects in the league but it seems Chelsea and Spurs are trying to stir up some interest him him, presumably to unsettle him. You can always tell when the Cockney media get involved. I expect Arry to do his usual "He's a player lots of teams are looking at" shite in the summer.
