can someone who has seen him play often enough give comment on "speedy" .. signed for spennymoor town over the summer... has looked decent from what ive seen this pre season. but obviously early days.. got his first for the club in a 4 nil win over east stirling last week, seemed to play decent against gateshead this past weekend too

i dont see what the fuss is about this "toon army" bit.. its on the back of your neck.. you dont see it.. and unless you show it off not many others notice it too.. not as if its in huge writing going across the back of the top along the bottom etc like that old home top we had with "newcastle united" along the bottom.. big fuss over nothing

i got mine yesterday.. got home and read on here bout them coming with badges on.. the ones at teh front of the railing had the badge on.. so when picking mine up i didnt look i just looekd for the size thought nout of it etc.. just checked the sports direct site and it says "The Puma Newcastle United Shirt comes complete with Premier League badges, Free of charge" .... if i take it back with the receipt and the tags (altho aint attached now) .. (its unwarn still though) .. rechon they will let me swap it for one with the badge on???

It's a Nike template, all clubs not sponsored by them can buy it to use as their kit if they want to. i know. was more saying buy a local none league teams top helping them out financially rather than "notts county" kind of thing tbh

Spennymoor town have pretty much the same top as the notts county one this season i think

my only bug about tonight/reading is people still sing songs far to quick.. like tonight when the "slow" version of "oh when the mags" started off.. it was going really well until the second line where everyone just went far to fast. fair enough it could be the "part timers" not knowing that version. but it ruined it a couple of times. also when new/forgotten songs get sung, people just over power them with the annoying "toon toon" chant every time ... rather annoying and boring.. along with that stupid/pointless and shit "clapping" chant people do..

im pleased they can't really use that design for stripes. would look awful.. the few striped designs ive seen kicking about look decent

Boro are to be made by adidas for the next four years.. so i dont think it will be so "fake" as some may assume (fair do that actual pic may be.. but the design it self maybe not) ... especially as that design is getting used alot by other teams who are plain colours.. its a horrible design though
