Simpson? Ryan Taylor has played there when both Enrique and Kadar haven't played iirc. No he hasn't, it's always Simpson who gets moved across.
-
Kadar didn't travel, injured.

Are Charlton that fucked financially that they've sold Shelvey now with the playoffs still to come? Just read he can't play for Charlton for the rest of the season and joins Liverpool on May 10th.

Bryan Laws could basically be blamed for 2 clubs' relegations in the same season, what a knob.

I think it would be classless of Butt to lift it on his own given that he's a bit part player and fucking shite
-
Butt is the club captain, Smith is the team captain IIRC. If they have any sense they'll let Smith and Nolan hold it up together and fire Butt out of a cannon into the sun

I know a few off here listened to Baddiel & Skinner's podcasts in 2006, so good news: http://www.absoluteradio.co.uk/football/baddiel_and_skinner/index.html

Bet on Williamson first goal at 25/1, why the fuck not -
I absolutely despised Nolan earlier in the season, he was literally a fat mess wandering around in the middle of the park looking knackered but because he'd weighed in with some goals, he was being lauded as the best player in the Championship. His only contribution was literally scoing goals, which is all well and good but as a central midfielder in a 4-4-2, a little more is required. However he was in there with Smith, and not Guthrie, and I think that's what annoyed me more - a talented player like Guthrie was being stuck out left or right whilst those two clowns bumbled around in the middle. Guthrie with Nolan has been the catalyst for a great run of form, especially at home, but next season I've no doubt Nolan will be first choice and that worries me a little bit. In a 4-5-1 it isn't really an issue as long as we're not playing the long ball shite (we saw at Leicester just how anonymous that can make him) but in a 4-4-2 he's going to need a real athlete with defensive qualities in there alongside him, and I haven't a clue who we could get to do that.

Ricardo Rocha. Played for Spurs. I say played, he was there and absolutely gash. Ended up at Pompey on a free transfer, don't think he's the answer. He did have a good game on Sunday though.

What Fulham match? They're not scheduled to play until the weekend
-
What kind of a referee is called Fred ffs
-
Personally think it's quite smart to go 4-5-1 against a team with 5 in midfield. As Nolan is undroppable in Hughton's eyes, the best solution is to play him off the front man. As Shola caused them problems earlier in the season it's hard to argue with his selection here.

Yeah basically what Raconteur said, they couldn't apply for a European license because they weren't in a position to submit their accounts, which is a requirement of the entry process. Having said that, surely these accounts are submitted for a reason and by the sounds of it there is nothing right at all with them, so maybe they'll get their license rejected anyway.

If there were no boundaries, I really don't see why anyone would want Benitez over Mourinho.

Are you subs blind?

Hodgson for Pope

It's a crime, they're really good to watch.

I only listened to the game but Lowes & Ando were slaughtering Enrique first half, yet he's got some 9s on here. What gives?
