Said it before unless we can get someone better they is little point in sacking him. I have no faith in the board to attract anyone better.. the fact he was appointed a few weeks after turning us down , and being sacked by Derby says a lot for me about the board. . I share the same view about Rodgers, think he is another Pardew.. would not want him Agree with most of his tbh.

This, absolutely - if McClaren is going to be sacked, now is the only possible time if a newcomer is to have ANY hope of keeping the club in the PL....my view is that Ashley will bottle it and McClaren will take the club down. Not sure they could get anyone better than McClaren, . The Summer was a great chance to get someone decent all they seemed to have on their list was McClaren, who turned them down a few weeks earlier. So I am not sure they would have a clue who to go for. Sad times I think

Man against boys, their front players too quick and skilful for our very poor defence... Other than Man city we will not face a forward line as good as them today..

They were (one of) our CB pairing in the season we got relegated Bet there isnt another professional team in the world who has the same CB pairing as 7 f***ing seasons ago man we have not had a good defence for many years and yet these two somehow still play for us .... not hard to see why we struggle each season.

To be fair he not a bad player we have had a lot worse over the years, he just never fit for most of the season, Just hope he can stay injury free till the end of the season, but not expecting it

Think is was good window. The squad is stronger . only real disappoint we never strenghten the centre of defence. we did bring in more players than i thought ..
