If he's done his time then football shouldn't turn its back on him. I like that he's fast enough to outpace the majority of defenders. He's not as slow as Cisse which will still make him useful when he goes through a dry run. He's not strong but he's quick enough to run the channels and provide an outlet for the team. Not as good as Bellamy doing it but his finishing so far looks better.

He's Williamson's replacement. Pretty bad on the ball, looks to hoof it but he knows how to defend and will have a run of games where he looks very solid. Sissoko is such a beast. Had a more restrained game but he still looks like he's got the beating of every CM trying to track him these days. Although I don't like the defend deep and counter attack plan, Sissoko is perfect for it.
