I mean, other than Ake making some attempt to tackle Garnacho, the rest of them just stood around like statues, Akanji, what the fuck? One of the softest goals i've ever seen them concede. Thought City were pretty crap, so slow and labored, no pace and creativity. Foden and Mahrez were pony all day. Haaland made about 40 runs and was never played in behind. Thought the LB for Manure played canny. Still don't think they played well though, draw would have been about right.

Villa were crap mostly, but with luck like that might crack top 10 or so. Leeds horribly unlucky, give away too many soft goals, but entertaining as fuck and Gnonto is a star in the making.

On the other hand, there must be something missing for Leeds that I just don't see enough of them to put my finger on, because every time I do see them, they're entertaining and create plenty. They do seem to give soft goals away though, amazing we didn't score against them.

Villa are very average tbh. I think when you start thinking about the massive rise in our quality in the last year, you tend to notice more just how average a lot of the other teams in the league actually are. Under Bruce, we'd have made this Villa side look like world beaters.
