I have none. NUFC has been my team since I lived there in my mid to late twenties and had a season ticket for the 2004/5 and 2005/6 seasons.

First I’ve ever heard of that, but fair enough if that happened. Such behaviour is not on. They’re my local team (well, Sparta is even closer, but local biggish team), but I don’t support them. Coincidentally it was the aggressiveness of the supporters towards opponent players that put me off them when I went to a few games as a student having moved to Rotterdam.

This is where I am. Seems many have already forgotten how bringing Isak and Maxi on turned some games for us not long ago. Those two have an excellent understanding on the pitch and are capable of making things happen individually as well as together, either starting or coming from the bench. Who else do we have that can do that?

Have people even read the message? He says: “This year has been one of the most difficult (year) emotionally. You are not able to know that as I keep personal things to myself, but I have lost some really important people”. Clearly there has been stuff going on in his personal life that has affected his availability and/or performance level. This is not a goodbye message, it’s a request for positive support and a pledge to come back fighting next year. I for one hope he clears his head this summer break and has a good preseason to re-build his fitness levels. Can’t wait to see him shine in the CL for us next season. Go Maxi

Joking about what? We all know he’s not coming here man. You however are going on like he’s completely and utterly finished when he’s only just gone and guided his NT to a world cup and remains one of the best players on current ability, even before looking at commercial impact.
