Why? Elliot has done well as the number 2 this season, and has been impressive on occasions, he's still young (for a goalkeeper anyway) and up and coming as well. Not good enough to be number 2 imho. He's done alright compared to my low expectations of him, but I wouldn't want to rely on him too much. Especially considering Krul seems to be picking up a lot of niggly injuries keeping him out for weeks at a time lately, and I don't believe we have a youngster currently good enough waiting in the wings.

I think the atmosphere vs Arsenal will be flat as a pancake. Most people just want to forget about this season I'd imagine. Can't see there being a mass protest, although I think any "lap of honour" will be in front of a near empty stadium.

With Harper retiring at the end of the season I'd like us to go and get a young up and coming GK to be number 2 next season, demoting Elliot to number 3.
