It'll either be "we had a go" or "something something champions league, something something can't compete". Probably mention 11 games/November again as well.

I suppose you could argue that he “gains possession” because if it doesn’t hit his arm it goes straight through to Ndombele, whereas his arm diverts it straight to Jesus. Like, if somebody punches the ball into the net they didn’t control the ball themselves, but they effectively gained possession. It’s clearly an accident, but they also clearly scored a goal as a direct result of it hitting his arm. The question then is simply what we want refs to do with that information, plus all the other information on a video (pushing, offsides etc). Aye. Guess Laporte "gains possession" the moment the ball hits his hand, according to the rules. It's still absolute horse shit that they have another rule depending on what happens after the incident. Either it's a foul or not, it shouldn't matter what happens after.

Really? Wanting to be shat on. Cleaning someone's arse with you're tongue, and wanting to be humiliated by a massive rubber cock. Fucking bizarre. Who cares what he likes?

Wolves with the 2nd lowest xG of the Premier League weekend just like last week. They’re overrated attackingly but underrated defensively. Agree tbh. Don't watch much of them but when I did I always thought they were a defensive team first and foremost last season Isn't that the common perception of Wolves? Their playing style is quite similar how Rafa wanted us to play IMO

Can't stand this Man U team, so many dislikable players, with an even worse manager as well.

Magpie group or someone needs to tweet this quote to the local journalists that go to the press conferences every week until they get an answer.

He's never really tried IMO. But do you think it's "easier" to sell the club if we're in the Championship? I think there are two situations where he sells; someone offers him a deal too good to turn down while where in the PL or we actually start costing him money because we're in the Championship (or lower). The evidence we have so far is when we are in the PL, he runs us as a £100m business, but wants £350m+ for us, so think it's unlikely he'll sell us while we are in the PL. Outside of the PL, he "tried" to sell us the first time we went down, but not while Rafa was here. I think the most likely chance for us to get sold is to stay down, because not only is that the uncharted territory, but he's been proven to want ridiculous amounts compared to how he runs club while in the PL. I agree about the two situations, but I think the first one is more likely. He wants to get as much money as possible for the club. If we’re in the Championship there’s always the risk he wants to get back up before selling. When does the club start costing him money? After one season in the Champo? In a way I’ve resigned to him staying until he decides to sell, for whatever reason, regardless of which division we’re in. Without looking into it too much, I would guess it'll be around then aye. Saying all of this though, and enjoying Brucey losing and being so out of his depth, I'm still not entirely sure that I want us to get relegated. Loathe being in that shit hole division almost as much as I hate Ashley, and if he sells us while we're down there, it could easily be to a pair of chancers like the mackems got.

For those saying 'we might as well stay up, because he hasn't sold us when we were in the Championship', he's only tried to sell us once when we were down there, while he's been trying to sell us for ages whilst in the Premier League.

Ayoze on the wing is such a bad idea man. Too many number 10s at Leicester, with him, Maddison and Tielemans?
-
Some finish from Mount that like

It's getting to the point where I honestly think the football section needs to be split in two, one for the ones that just want to talk about how much they want Newcastle to lose, and one for the rest of us that actually want to discuss football.
-
But we're fitter now than ever apparently

If we play both Ritchie and Willems, they can swap between cm and lwb every five minutes. Tactical mastermind, wor Bruce.

He came across as an absolute twat on the true faith podcast. Amongst other things, he reckons Rafa is 25% to blame for the mess we're in this season.

The absolute gall of this little flid acting high and mighty about player investment after over a decade of underspending and one summer just gone when our net spend was about a par for once (and still only about 1/5 of our turnover). Stop trying to argue with Rafa about football you tit, you're making yourself look really fucking stupid. "Perfectly adequate" ffs  £30m net spend this summer leaves £90m from just the TV Money alone to be spent on the academy and training ground. How does the club pay wages to players then? Howay nees, you know that I don't think the entire clubs budget can or should be spent on transfers and then the rest on training facilities. It was just to show that Charners is full of lies again when pleading poverty. Even adding in the (alleged) £93.5m in wages we paid in the 17/18 season, that still only just exceeds the TV money. There should be plenty of money available, and even if there isn't in the bank, do what literally every other company does and take out a loan to cover it.

So he's a 10/10 in total?
-
Why is no one talking about us only spending around 30m net this summer? It's nowhere near enough considering the state of our squad and how tight we've been since coming up, yet everyone seems to be saying how we've "splashed the cash". PR machine in full swing, and loads seems to be falling for it.

We know, you posted the exact same fuckikg thing yesterday. It was a load of nonsense then, and it is today as well.

Atkinson got it spot on If it was the other way around it would have been to en as a penalty, and the guy in the VAR studio would have said that there was intent. Stop it man

26 is young now? It's bloody ancient by Mike's reckoning.
