I thought Duff had a decent game today, tbf. Except for that rediculous free-kick of course. Not what other people in the match thread seem to think. I've not seen it, all I've seen is the player he was bought to replace jinking past defenders and winning a penalty - but then he has a tendency to do that because he's not absolute shite. I know it's not all serious, I still don't think there's any point of blaming this on Smith when it's just as much someone elses fault.

Would be nice if we could get him, I've never seen him play, but sounds like someone we should be after. Target-man, young and highly rated by those that knows him.

Same with an away keepers top. You could actually need an away keeper top, if the home one clashes with your away colour or the home teams colour. Don't some teams have like 5 different keeper tops for one season? Feels like it anyway.

I've been saying this for a while though today was his worst effort yet in terms of...erm, effort. The amount of times he stood and watched while a Chelsea player got to the second ball ahead of him was disgraceful. He did put efforts in in the early parts of the seasons, but he's never quite known when to run his bollock off and when to just go back and find his position again, which is why he's disappearing a lot. Lately though, he hasn't shown anything. Other than being shit of course.

Somehow, I keep fooling myself when Viduka looks his usual off-pace that "Smith might be a better option in this game". Took me about ten seconds to remember why I never think Smith should start the games though, today was one of the worst "performances" I've ever seen.

I'd like Chelsea to win the title simply because they didn't sell NUFC Alan Smith for £6 million (mind, the bastards got £5 million off us for Duff). £5m for Duff was a fair price two years ago, tbf. £6m for Smith wasn't. I'd still prefer Man U to win it though.
