Gabriel Obertan, ffs. -
clever football from Man U, following mackems only decent spell with some calm possession.
-
I think losses to Man U/Chelsea will be explained away. If they lose them and the derby I think we'll see a massive change in the majority attitude to him.
-
I'll think they'll be calling for him to be sacked if they lose the next three.

-
If we can get him for nothing it's a no brainer imo.
-
We need a good manager.
-
Except for this season, when we played them at their place with 10 men and deserved to win.
-
Hope it's serious. In fact, I hope his career's over. Check my class.
-
We can easily have both tbh Nah. Him being here is an excuse not to bring someone in that could do a job for longer than 15 mins.
-
It's difficult, I'm all for Pardew being given players he's comfortable with, but I just don't want Carroll back. He was absolutely fucking atrocious playing for West Ham up here. We must be able to (in fact I'm positive we are) find a different player that will suit Pardew, with less baggage.
-
I get it like, I really do. I'd just rather have someone that's good.
-
Moyes has worked tirelessly at Everton to make a name for himself as one of the best in the game, waiting for his big chance at Sunderland, who have a few more seats.
-
Needs to be be replaced by a younger player with potential. He's years past being a dead end street, he's a sheer drop off a cliff. Pardew and his staff should be able to cover his cheerleading role.
-
We're simply not allowed to have a centre half partnership that good.
-
Our former club captain put his career at risk on a Jet Ski while recuperating from injury and I don't remember people complaining about it. Our current club captain goes home while recuperating from injury and he's the new anti-Christ. I can't wait to hear the uproar when our future captain goes home if injured because nobody will have double standards, will they? Don't play dumb Mick. There's a lot more to it than just going home when he's injured, and no-one's called him the anti-christ, merely questioned his commitment for obvious reasons.

Hopefully the rigidity of our business model holds up when it comes to selling as much as buying. We've had the notable exceptions (Carroll going for massive money and us buying a few in January to avoid relegation). If the club are as stubborn when it comes to selling as they are when it comes to buying, we'll be alright.
