Sissoko would be a hell of a full back. Stopped the threat from Borini that was causing us so many problems. Sissoko to lb was a heck of a move by Rafa and it helped us get a point no question. Best LB we've had since Santon... until he had to make a defensive clearance inside the box.

I really like him, he's like the polar opposite of Sissoko. Doesn't have athletic prowess but stays a step ahead of everyone of the pitch through footballing intelligence. Also, just not having a massive weakness at left back confused Sunderland so much they couldn't get out of their half.

I'll take that. I'll add another positive: Jack Colback isn't starting the next two.

Colback, easily. Sissoko EASILY!!!! Eh? He's been shit but nowhere near the worst. Possibly the most frustrating of the lot, given the positions he's been in.

I'm not sure what Mitro and Perez can offer under these circumstances, its like we're playing 2 upfront for the sole purpose of closing down their centrebacks. Fucking Colback, its like when we had Shola inexplicably starting every game, only worse.

Anita would be far better. I'll never understand how Colback ever starts ahead of Anita.
