When you watch him persevere with Perch and Raylor and make them useful players to have around, yet he leaves Smith to rot in the reserves, you know it's a lost cause tbh.
-
I honestly don't see why not. He's proven himself to the club. They've proved he's going to get a fair amount of games, even as the third choice that he currently is. Where's he going to go but downwards if he leaves us. Whilst he's a good player, I can't see a team above us taking him on tbh.

Because everyone knows that a steely, gritty and hard-working player is capable of unlocking defences. Come on, Yorkie! He's a Premier League player in League 1, he's going to rape it!

I think if we can sneak that EL place this season then we can keep up. If we keep in touch our players might not get too impatient and stay to allow us to keep building. If we reach that point I can see us keeping touch for a good few years and making it a 'top 7'. There's only 5 European slots in the league and 6 'top' teams. There's never going to be a specific 4 teams massively above anyone to rest on their laurels, so now is as good a chance as any, for anyone, to break into it and make things more competitive imo.

For Newcastle - Villa? Wolves. Laughed too much!

Is it not a bit small time to be booing a player we had on loan for a few months. I for one will advocate Fenham Mag running on the pitch to attack him. Deserves every ounce of vitriol he gets imo. No better than the likes of Owen. Scum. Are you taking the piss? And aye Tooj, wouldn't be surprised to see it.

I didn't see Blackburn so I'm not too confident about Perch starting. Happy with Ba back in and Best over Shola. Step in the right direction methinks.

Apart from Raylor instead of Simpson i think we all do , whether we get it or not is another matter entirely. Look at that formational sex.

Surweet. Checked my Paddy Power and discovered a £3 freebet which I stuck on City -2 about 5 or so minutes ago. 3-0. Hopefully getting another £6 on the back of that.

Ipswich/Leeds/Reading £2 got £30. With Reading postponed I got £15 for Ipswich/Leeds.

That Spurs article is a fucking joke. Why release such a long, apologetic article if you're not going to allow the slightest information on what the fuck happened!? 'Cause they're fucking cunts, that's why.

You know that latest 1-1 prediction was a parody, right? Yeah but 4/10 of his predictions this week are 1-1. Ah rights. Not looked at the other matches.

I don't know why that attempt at seeming unbiased with the bindippers has cracked me up so much. Bless him, at least he tried.

502 Gateway there?

Just gut instinct but I can't see how he'd still be useful. 34 years old, 9 PL appearances in 2 and a half years. Sign him on a derisory wage and then leave him in the reserves. 'Cause I'm petty like that.

As the thread title says, he was officially released by Villa today. Mutual consent. I got that man was wondering what the background was. Don't think there's much to it other than MON signed him and surprise surprise, decided he didn't actually like him. Rotted away since and hasn't been able to come back from it. Just ditching him like we should with Smith.

Strikes me as pretty small-time tbh.

All The Matches On The Penultimate Weekend Moved To The Sunday

Didn't think that applied to the FA Cup? -
Why the fuck did they even schedule fixtures for a clash of that level anyway?
