Agree. Liverpools kit today for example. Gold shorts and socks? Tacky as fuck.

I've said it before and I'll say it again- giving Eto'o and £40m or whatever it was for Zlatan must be one of the worst transfer deals ever.

A bit?! Understatement of the year.

http://i43.tinypic.com/2d1wtc8.jpg Alan Wiley is a bad nobhead.

He's one that always gives the fans a genuine clap back when we applaud the opposition keeper to the goal. Rather than the token effort of some or total ignorance of a lot of the foreigners. Big Nev was his hero as well so he's a top man

tbh I didn't think you had the right type of players nor the team spirit (after being relegated without a fight at Villa) to come straight back up. I also thought Boro would do well! With solid, no-nonsense defenders like Wheater, Pogatetz & Riggot in the backline and them keeping hold of Johnson, Digard and O'Neil in the summer they looked a good bet for promotion imo. Sometimes football just makes you look like a dickhead though.

Makes me proper pissed off. We're a better side than Fulham but Moyes is just useless in Europe. Took a deserved lead to Sporting and just rolled over while teams like Fulham have the bottle for a huge comeback against Juve. Jealous.

Brooklyn is ridiculous as well. At least he wasn't conceieved in Slough or Runcorn though.

Everton Liverpool Man Utd Man City Arsenal Spurs Chelsea West Ham Newcastle Sunderland Villa Sheff Wed Sheff Utd Leeds Forest Derby Wolves Ipswich Norwich Southampton There were a few others that came close to inclusion like Leicester, Portsmouth, WBA & Boro. You could swap in any one of them for the last 3/4 clubs on the list.

Cue him being hailed as the second coming by reds tomorrow.
-
That was the first decent game I've seen him have for ages

He looks around 16 to me, just he's physically massive. Plus he was born in Belgium so doubt he could forge documents and actually get away with it. Aye, it's not like he's from Nigeria Lille are a very good side this season and Hazard is one of the best young players in France. They will be a tough team for anyone to knock out. The little, stocky bald fella in midfield has been fantastic.

Lots of players out there played for the England U-21 and ended up never playing for the senior squad, take a look at Carlton Cole, absolute gobshite before Zola came in, and look at him now, being selected/considered for England and being a much better overall player. Just shows you a player can really blossom under the right guidance, Carroll is the same case for me. Curbishly tbh. That's also the most bizarre usage of the word gobshite I've ever seen.

I don't think it's that far fetched. It's been widely rumoured that he doesn't get on with Benitez and a mate of mine knows someone who was in a bar when Carragher was openly slagging him off. Now that his performances have dropped (and there wouldn't be much of a fans backlash anymore if Benitez let him go) it's feasible that he'll leave. I think he'll only stay there if Benitez goes or Gerrard spits his dummy out over it. If he's a free agent then none of the top sides will come in for him so he might fancy playing in front of 50k every other week. You could do with steering clear though. He's always been overrated but has deteriorated into just being downright crap over the past 18months. I believe you but that part of the sentence is very funny If I was making it up it would be something more interesting than 'half-cut scally in complains about his boss shocker'.

Landon Donovan won't go for any amount that you'd be willing to bid for him. He's the crown jewel of the MLS and they are not going to let him go for anything less than a US record transfer. Having watched him for Everton I think he would be quality for you lot, though. Plus it would be a great entry to the American market. Soccer Football fans idolize him here. And just as I posted this I go and see a guy in a Donovan Everton shirt walking through the corridor of this library. I'm freaked out now. And not only because of the coincidence, but the fact that a guy would wear an Everton shirt out on the open, god the thing looks *awful* with that fake white neck. It's terrible isn't it? I was going to buy my little niece & nephew their first Everton kits this year but didn't bother cause all of this seasons shirts are so rubbish.

Obviously not Liverpool. I also hate Citeh, even more so since they became the Michael Carroll of football clubs. So either Spurs or Villa. Not really bothered. Probably Villa actually because I wouldn't have to hear about it as much from southern hacks.

What's he, 19? He's been class considering his age every time I've seen him. Yep, 19. I think he's got a massive future. He was MOTM when we played them at their place about a month ago. Very promising player.

I wonder if the Rafatollah will be paraded through the streets tonight? Dickheads.

The rest of the season feels a bit strange. All we can do is just see where we end up. 4th was always a bit too unrealistic and we'd need to pretty much win 9 out of our last 10 games. I reckon we'll hit the 60 point mark, and can only hope someone above us falters. I've thought for a while that we would be looking at the kind of season Fulham have had this year- finishing outside the proper European places and having to enter the Europa League in the middle of the summer to play FK Shithead from Macedonia in front of 12 fans and a herd of goats.

It's no exagerration to say we could easily have put 10 goals past Hull today. Yak should have got a hat trick with the penalty miss & two real sitters. We had a few other good chances and a hatful of half chances too. We didn't even play well in the first half either, that's how shit Hull are. Phil Brown ran on to the pitch celebrating when it went 1-1 I didn't see much of him after that though. Orange cunt.

To the mental well-being of their own fans.

Great move that tbf. I didn't know Wes Brown could play a pass like that
