It depends what means more to him. I can see him wanting to come to the Premier League due to its reputation in France as opposed to La Liga/Bundesliga/Serie A, and I'm not convinced that any of the Champions League teams over here will see right back as a priority this season, so really if it's us versus the rest of the clubs on our level I'd imagine our French contingent and prolonged interest would have quite a large sway over his decision. Of course, if it's all about money the above is redundant.
