I was assuming rights, sponsorship deals etc have already been signed and who knows by July it might (I mean it won’t be but you never know) be OK to play.
Fans attending <<<< those deals. As long as they could have the players safe...
Possibly (I'm no expert). Can't help think it would be political suicide for them to do that. You'd like to think there'd be contract breaks in such big deals.
I can't see how they don't suspend the Euros, especially with all the
host cities spread. Also, the cash aspect - surely long term they make more holding it at a time when there isn't a pandemic raging.
First time I've seen Bentaleb properly - he looks incredibly sluggish. I remember him taking players on and linking things well for Spurs.
Longstaff looks clumsy as fuck now as well.
Pretty much the only song that gets sung at games by matchgoers these days. Too pissed and simple to know any others but it resonates so well. Pledge allegiance to the Mike and Steve.
Am I only the only one who thinks it's a shite chant?
Got no problem with him this game. Zero support to the point he has to come back virtually to our box to get the ball. Zero service. He has worked hard, won and held up the ball not his fault today the melts around are 30 yards behind him.
He shouldn't have been put in this position but fans have a right to expect more from that much of a price tag.
Quite how we can sit so fucking deep but yet get caught at the back is anyone's guess.
I agree with you. The team is set up for him to fail - you need a real specialist to make it work. Rondon was perfect.
Moralising over football after what its become in the last 20 years. Particularly with PL ownership.
They'd be the worst of a bad bunch. The issue is they haven't siphoned money elsewhere as somewhat of a cover. If this was a Saudi businessman which for all intents and purposes was still Royal money there wouldn't be this reaction.
The game as we know and love it went years ago lads.
